Je suis cliente de Camille depuis 4 ans. Je l'ai suivi à 3 endroits et finalement, elle se spécialise dans les extensions. Je suis très déçue. Mais il y a plusieurs bonnes coiffeuse dans ce salon alors je ne serai pas démunie

Nov 7th 2020. I never ever right reviews and I am taking the time to do so because I do not want this happening to anybody else. They booked me an appointment when I specifically asked for the morning as I have my daughter's baptism in the afternoon. I get a phone call 30 min before my appointment telling me they are running late 30 minutes or MORE. Which is NOT ACCEPTABLE as I told her that I could not run late and I warned them. Then the Owner comes on the phone yelling at me and saying that I'm waisting their time on the phone. HOW RUDE! Do not use their HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! If I could give a minus 10 stars.. I WOULD!

Not sure if it was the manager or the owner. But one of the ruddest woman I've ever come across . I went in a for a dye and a cut and I asked how much it would cost. By the time the whole 6 hour process was done (which she told me would only take 3 hours) she then hands me a bill 200$ more then her estimated price. I left there with my hair completely dried out and broken. And nothing close to what I asked for. To top it off, an hour before closing time she started offering clients beer she had in the back. Saying it was their Friday tradition... Completely unprofessional !!

Superb new staff and administration, cozy and at the same time very professional. I recommend you book your appointment. Sophie is excellent by the way, very attentive and very professional, she will listen to your request and advise you as well.
