Had an absolute headache working with another accounting place in town. David and Kaitlin not only were able to straighten out my taxes (taking me from owing to getting a refund), but answered all my questions. I really appreciated that they explained everything in an easy to understand way as I have no financial knowledge (especially when it comes to taxes). They listened to all my concerns and took their time to make sure I got the best refund possible. I will absolutely be returning here next year and suggesting Accrual to everyone I know!! Went to Accural to get my 2020 taxes done and I have nothing but positive things to say!
