I’m a black card member and I can tell you the Massage chairs and the wellness pod are worth the monthly fees. Equipment are clean and new and I love the staff super friendly, I'm greeted both upon departure and arrival. Also wanted to give feedback about the personal trainer on site Albert, he's really nice and has helped begin my new health journey. Definitely worth the Black membership.

The staff is friendly and the gym size is big. However, the main equipment is missing. They only have smith machine for squat, bench press, deadlift,…. Everything has to be in one. This is completely for beginner. I don’t recommend this gym to anyone with more exercise.

I've been looking for a new gym to call home and I've found it at Planet Fitness. I love the 30 minute circuit room, the functional fitness equipment, and how clean the facility is kept. The massage chairs and hydrobeds are a definite plus, too! Albert is a great trainer and I appreciate the classes I take with him.

Equipments clean and new and I love the majority of the staff aside from one girl, whom I haven’t seen in a while so I wonder if she’s still there. Super friendly crew otherwise, I’m greeted both upon departure and arrival.Only thing I have to complain about is the men’s showers need to be cleaned better and more frequently. I wear flip flops but still, nobody wants to see muck/stuff on the floor.Otherwise 10/10!!

The customer service is shocking. You would think they would want to retain their customers, but you are just another number on their sales board! Medical injuries that result in 6-12 month recovery - you can forget any compensation on retaining your annual fee back or two months free membership for your return! Total joke!Now asking to contact management team who I actually discussed my situation with on the phone and told me they can't do anything. If you actually provided a 5 star customer service you would be contacting me and not making me call you to discuss with management". Like I say....I have already spoken with management who were useless."

I used to go to good life and it’s a night and day difference coming here. Staff are friendly and always greet me with a smile, the manager is almost always on the floor helping out and the staff are constantly helping people with their workouts or doing a deep dive clean. I’ve had nothing but amazing service especially from Albert and Marco since my first day coming in.

Very friendly staff from the moment I asked to take a tour of the facility & no pressure to sign. Very good pricing per month and they actually make it so easy to bring a friend to work out with you anytime you go.Gym is not that busy since it is fairly new. Black card spa area is a +++.Least intimidating gym I have been to. All sizes, ages and races!

Fantastic location! We were in Calgary for the weekend for my bodybuilding show, and hit this place up. It is huge, tons of equipment! Once we move to Calgary, I’ll be going there full time for sure. The staff are really friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better gym

My first gym. Very clean and organized. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love it, so far.Be warned, they do not accept cash.Signs are now posted. Cards only. Won't be buying drinks there again.

Big place, nice ppl, friendly staffs especially the Trainer man, Albert. He knows that I used to be a Black Card holder when I was Winnipeg MB, but he always untroduces me good free programs from the gym such as free training, special benefits for Black card holder.
