I have been doing the benefits management with my company for the last year, so am often in communication either by phone or email with BBD. I feel I've gotten to know the team enough that when I have a peculiar request, or need to follow-up on an item, I'm never inconveniencing" someone or repeating a question I have already asked. Even if I have.I genuinely appreciate the extra effort the team has put in to help me learn the system

As a Boutique Firm BBD can do things that other firms can't, which is powerful. However, their real superpower is the company culture. The have strong brand values which are more than just words, they are how they do business. During the pandemic our company was shut down by government and it was devastating, to say the least. BBD stood by us without hesitation. I just don't feel that would have happened with another company. They are the type of company to connect you with what is right for you even if it means that another company is a better fit for you. This is rare. I highly recommend them.
