Amazing place when i had nowhere to go in 2021. The woman and men that work there are truly kindred spirits. Thank you for everything you did for myself and Joel.

Excellent staff and support. The snacks are the best and I've never had a problem with the staff. A lot of the clothes are brand new. They really do care and try to do whatever they can for people in need.

It was an amazing experience volunteering. At first I was nervous, as I usually am when doing something new and out of norm. By the end, I had a great chat with one of the regulars. To all those considering helping out at Ark AId, I recommend it.

Friend of mine suggested going here and having a meal, so I did.....I got there and went in (it was lunch time), and was greeted at the door by a very pleasant woman whim asked me my name then I was given a red ticket and told to follow the arrows which led me in to a big hall in the basement. Once I was seated(there was plenty of room I might add) I held my ticket up to show I was just coming in and with in seconds a young lady brought me my tray. It was a bowl of chicken vegetable soup,a ham and egg on an English muffin,a large ginger cookie and a banana! To drink they offered coffee or water, all of this was brought right to you at the table, the only time you have to get up is when your leaving or to use the washroom.Now the food was just fantastic,the soup was thick and stuck to the ribs which on a cold wet day was perfect, the ham and egg muffin seemed fresh and I gotta say the staff that I had a chance to speak with were just laid back down to earth friendly people.The Arc is there fir anyone and everyone, you don't just have to be homeless to use the services they supply to the public...they tend to help with clothing, job searches, finding affordable houseing or even just a shoulder if your feeling down.Anyway no matter what walk of life you come from, or race or sexual gender it dosent matter there as once you walk through there doors everyone's an equal!!!Keep up the good work!

I was frequenting this place for some time while taking their art class. I moved cities and miss it indeed. If you love painting or interested, they have free courses with supplies supplied. Great was to get involved with the neighborhood

Ark Aid Mission is genuinely the most caring place in London. This is a home for those who need a hand up, a warm place to meet with friends, and a warm meal. London is blessed to have this haven in the east end; may God continue to bless the Ark as people find their ways to new lives. It is a privilege to support this group.

Good place that works with the homeless. Seem to have it together.
