I cannot say for all but this pediatric neurologist office had nothing for kids to play with except ONE toy. A child had insisted on putting it on a higher level i.e. their ripped up cushion of a bench they like to call seats and when the so-called doctor walked by, she made a face at finding the toy on there. Then, very gracefully, popped her eyes at her secretary for a kid's behaviour to say, can you believe them?". A kid who had not caused any commotion except placed a toy where she wanted it. Extremely poor patient interaction. On top of that

Dr. Costagna is a wonderful doctor. Excellent with my son. On top of what's going on. She goes that extra mile. Would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Have not had an in person appointment as of yet but the virtual appointment was great!! Would recommend, and she also got an eeg ordered and we didnt have to wait too long for the appointment so we can now get to the bottom of our issues faster! I also like her process of eliminating 1 thing at a time! Very thorough, excellent service so far!! Keep up the great work!

Extremely friendly and thorough! Did not rush our appointment and continued to be focussed on our sons condition. Office sitting area is small - but this is an older hospital with not a lot of room. Thankful we found a paediatric neurologist who cares and insisted we call her to book an appt at any given time (no referral required). My son was comfortable with talking to her and received positive advice. Don’t let the negative comments fool you - Dr Avril Castanga is there for her patients and makes it a positive experience!!!
