Called told them that the 5th wheel trailer RV had a power supply issue. Told me their tech would be our 30-60 minutes. That I had to fillout their form and tell them (even though I am telling them over the the problems) what is going on. All this via email. 30 minutes later still no email Kris told me the tech was coming30 minutes later still no email. Called he will be there. 45 minites later I call and still no email. When im told oh sorry we only work on refer and Tractor trailers not RV. Do not contact them they are not coherent to understand plain English.
