I have been with worldine for over 10 years. Have always had good service up until the last 6 months, had a problem with internet not working called them and the said it's your modem you need a new one which is a higher rental fee. Now it stops working 2 or 3 times a month and always after they are closed then always have to wait several hours for it to be fixed the next day

Had a technical issue related to Dry Loop" installation. Agent was online with no wait time. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. As a result I decided to proceed with the installation. Great service!!"

Good prices for both internet and home phone. The phone firmware upgrade of update every two months disables your telephone service and you have to contact Worldline support to restore it. It's frustrating to have to call in every two months. Maintenance people should include as part of their process to check the continuity of the telephone service. Also, other internet phone carriers have block-number features to block unwanted numbers, like spammers and scammers. Worldline does not have this feature.

Have been with worldline for more than 5 years, nothing but good things to say,good internet ,good service.and when you have an issue they will Thier best to resolve, lately had an issue ,worldline would rest untill they fixed it,they would actually call multiple times to check if everything was ok..Thanks Walter (person in charge of technical support) for your help....

Response time to resolve the issue was excellent. It is very refreshing to still have the company that call waiting time is very short (less then 5 minutes). Most of the other companies, to get live agent on the call, it takes minimum 30min on a good day. Great customer service. Thank you.

I would have given them a better rating except I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and upgraded my services with them. The technician came to my house but did not hook anything up at all. Just came to my house, before I had specified time, which normally is a blessing, however I was at work and it was only my husband home. I pay for this service and I expect better customer service.

I have only been with Worldline for a few months after a recommendation from a friend. The internet and phone service is great.. only issue I've ever had is when there's a storm the speed or connection can drop but that's expected from any company. There customer service is beyond amazing! Friendly, helpful and very quick. I never have to wait more than a minute on hold to speak with someone. Thx Worldline! Keep up the great service!
