poor work, Rude behaviourI went there for my wedding day in July and I had my worst experience EVER from the staff who did my nails. That was the first time this person did my nails and as we were talking, I mentioned tomorrow is my wedding day and we talked alot. at the end of the service, I was not satisfied with my Shellac (french style), each nail was one size and shape (look in the picture to the uggliest french style one can do)!! and to my surprise when I asked her to fix the issue, she said she doesn't have time although she knew the next day is my wedding day. She did not care at all and once the owner made her fix the issue, they asked me to come back at 7:00 pm (imagine I had to go back to the salon the night before the wedding with 1000 of works I had). When I got there, she started doing the nails reluctantly and nagging and filing the skin around my nails on purpose and when I asked her to pay attention because it hurts, she said she needs to finish it fast and she needs to leave soon. I was this salon's client for 2 years and although there are so many nail salon near my place in Newmarket, I still used to go there but since then I never and will never go back to this salon ever again.First, because there is no standard in their work and no supervision on the staff's works. (I have never seen such a poor French style in any other salon).Second, The staffs are rude and there was not enough monitoring on staffs' behaviours towards clients, although the manager tried to solve the issue but they never apologize for the terrible time they made and wasting 3 hours of my time before my wedding day.

The owner are so sweet and they did a FANTASTIC job of mine and my grandmothers nails! They where very polite and we had a conversation the whole time 10/10 recommend going here <3

Seriously amazing! I have been going to this place for about 2 months, I looove their dip powder. My nails have grown so much since I started going and they feel really strong. Highly recommend.

I got my nails done for prom and they lasted more than a month. I had to go back and get them taken off. They do an amazing job on acrylics and gel. They are also super cheap and do a great job.

I got to the place at 6:15 pm and they didn't accept me , they closed the door in my face.

I was amazed at how kind and generous the staff were. They took their time and I received the best pedicure I've ever had! If I lived worked closer this would be my go to place hands down!

I only go to Yen Nails for my nails and I live an hour away! I've never been unhappy with my nails. Staff are always nice and they do great work!

The best nail salon I have tried in the area. The quality of the manicure and shellac, and customer service is great. They usually have limited availability though, you have to plan ahead and book.

After losing my nail technician over the pandemic, I was struggling to find someone that could do my nails as well. I found Yen Nails at long last and have never been happier. The salon is clean and extremely professional. The staff all smile and say hello every time I come in. My nails are so strong and perfectly shaped. I haven’t broken one since I started coming here! Yen runs a great business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!
