An absolutely awful company.Was shown prospecting apartments a few months back, and instead of showing each party one by one, we were shown them all together, which would’ve been fine, except we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Not to mention, every potential buyer/renter was wearing a mask, but the lady who gave the tour wasn’t!I also have a few friends renting from them, and boy am I glad I spoke to them before finalizing anything. One of my friends said their toilet was faulty and that they were calling on-and-off for 6 whole months for it to be fixed, until finally they threatened not to pay rent until something was done. That very afternoon, someone came to fix their toilet. It had taken the fear of losing money to spur them into action. That really gets you thinking about what this company really stands for.In yet another instance, another friend said their kitchen faucet started to leak. The first plumber seemingly fixed it, until it started to leak a couple weeks later. A second plumber came, and was unable to fix it. Apparently, before he left her apartment, he turned to her and said he did his best. What? That is not what you want to hear from a person hired to do the very job you need fixed. And I don’t know if Regency hires other companies to do maintenance or leaves that up to owners but that’s beside the point when they are the MANAGEMENT company. As the top company, directing and controlling the organization, you WILL be seen as responsible for everything happening under it.A coworker of mine also rents from Regency, and said she met the owner. He was very standoffish towards her. This didn’t really bother her until she saw him interacting with another client who happened to be Caucasian (my coworker is Asian). When the owner came back to my coworker, he became stiff and unfriendly again. That kind of selective behaviour is disgusting, especially for the owner of a company.Needless to say, we did not bring our business to them.N.B. I’ve read the reviews people have left this company, and my god, instead of finding ways to fix valid issues clients have, they come up with every excuse to say how it’s NOT their fault. “Hmm...are you sure you’re talking about us?...We would NEVER let x,y,z happen...Maybe it’s time for you to move on...” What?! The unprofessionalism is so ridiculous, it’s mind-blowing. A client can’t point out critical criticism without Regency going on the defence and righteously exclaiming how it’s maybe, like, your fault because they’re perfect and how dare you proclaim otherwise. One response to a review is actually so petty, they call out a client who clearly, based on their name, wishes to remain anonymous, and then proceeds to badmouth her. Again, mind-blown.

Lol the worst property management I ever came across. Staff that works here clearly don't have respect for anybody but themselves. they're rude & bullies. As I recall they gossip about just anybody.

I rented a property through RPM and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. The property itself was in excellent condition. The location is also ideal, with easy access to transportation and local shops. I stayed here for 9 months before moving to another province.What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the property management team. They were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure process was smooth and stress-free. Any issues that arose during my tenancy were promptly addressed and resolved.Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a rental experience. The combination of great location, beautiful property, and top-notch service make it a standout choice in the rental market.

Regency Property Management is a great company to rent from! The ladies are amazing, excellent communication, they made the renting process super easy and have always been extremely helpful and friendly! Their properties are beautiful and well kept and a place to call Home! I would definitely recommend without hesitation!! Thanks Regency Property Management !

Incredible Business. Regency you truly are a strong group of talented individuals that do wonderful work.Sorry for the eviction due to noise complaints and blaring my phone calls on speaker that weren't so professional and the music being too loud. This company failed to independently rent or achieve showings for the property I signed on to have them manage in 2/3 opportunities to do so over 10 years of managing. They only showed to people I found and through my own advertising on my request and I often had to show the property on my own. They are so concerned about renting their own properties they did not try to rent mine. Management of my property was adequate but the property sat vacant for months when I was out of country and unable to rent it out for them. They are not competent with marketing anything other than their own properties. Do not enlist them to manage your property.

Cheater ownerBelieve me or not, But The Management guy in Regina SK office is the worse person I have ever seen in my entire life. Senseless, brainless, no ethics, no moral, no respect, no politeness. Very very very unprofessional service. If U will complain about something they will blame you or will make millions of excuses for the problem. Mice in the apartment. Rooftop leaking, heaters not working in winter, No proper maintenance, Rude Maintenance person. Worse worse worse worse guy in this world.

Regency is a great company to work with, I worked there as a handyman before I moved to another province. Pat Abel helped me to sell our house in a timely manner, at the price I liked, and they offered to rent my family a house for my one month temporary stay, very professional and warm company..Very grateful, Thank you.
