Upon entering the store, I came in the men's side first I was greeted by Bryan Channer, the son of Peter Channer the Founder. Channer's London has a vast array of high end fashion.They also offer shop by appointment, and wardrobe consultation. Made to measures, Fashion Emergencies, Specialized Tailoring and Free Delivery.On the Ladie's side I was greeted by Wendy who has been with the company since it started. If you are looking to stand out in a crowd, in a prestigious, classy or beautiful outfit Channers is your one stop shop.

My husband and I shopped here to purchase a custom suit recently. The staff were very knowledgeable and offered good professional advice on the styling and tailoring choices. The suit looks great.

Channer's has the best customer service I have ever experienced! Getting a suit for my fiancé was truly enjoyable.We went to a few other places before and everyone told us we needed to make a suit to properly fit my fiancé. The other suit stores suggested Channer's, saying they were one of the best in Ontario and the best in South Western Ontario. With that recommendation we decided to go check out Channer's.We walked into the store and Megan and Peter started to help us right away. They were both so knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't try to push a product on us. They taught us so much about fabrics and suits. Overall, we left feeling happy with the suit we got and we were so shocked at how great the customer service was at Channers. We actually talked afterwards about our experience and how no store has compared to the customer service we experienced at Channer's. In fact, my future mother-in-law is going today to check out the Ladies department.Thank you Megan and Peter for making getting a suit for our wedding enjoyable. :)

Today was my first experience shopping at Channer’s, I’m so glad I did. My husband and I both had a phenomenal experience looking for winter coats. I was a bit nervous bringing in young kids, but the staff were more than accommodating and helpful. They had an impressive collection of different styles to choose from. Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend, will definitely be returning. Special thanks to Florence!

As a personal experience I can explain in detail why this store will rip you off.I went during sale day. I bought 2 shoes for over 500$. I wanted to return them the next day. I was greeted by Daniel, the person who sold them to me. I asked if I could return them and he said no. I requested if he could give me store credit for one and a refund for the other to which his said YES! After a few mins he comes back and say “my owner said we can’t refund anything” and gave me a store credit.Just want to know why I was told yes to one return and then no right after? And DANIEL said “the owner won’t give u a return trust me” it’s horrible service. And guess what? Google every item before you buy it. These guys increase the price by 100%. The shoe I got for 250$ is on sale now for 130$. Horrible store! Never go here.
