The person who runs the desk is incredibly rude. Every time I've had to call for information they are snotty. Definitely agree that they need a customer service update. The nurses are all pleasant though and would receive 4-5 stars

My child had an appointment set up months in advance and I even took time away from work to ensure we made the appointment on time. Without being notified, the office cancelled the appointment.

They were awesome! Just took my toddler here for his 18 month shots and the nurse (didn't catch her name) was friendly and professional l! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
