Ten years ago, I would never have considered buying a truck sight-unseen from a dealership 400km from home. Times being what they are, you have to be decisive and trust the dealership folks to hold up their end. The entire deal was done over the phone - evaluating my trade-in, choosing options, setting up the financing - and I spent maybe 45 minutes in the building when I picked up my new truck. On May 19, 2023 i called Koch Ford in Edmonton to see if they had a glass in stock for my panoramic sunroof which hot smashed on the following day(whichMy regular ford dealer in Red deer failed to get one for me. They told be on Thursday they would have one Friday morning.)Koch had one and offered to replace it that same day. I then drove to Edmonton.The service I received at Koch ford from the moment I stepped into the dealership to the time to leave was outstanding. I also was amazed they also took the time and detailed my vehicle inside and out. Service Advisor Clarence Ell gave exceptional service. From booking our unit in for service to offering us some lunch from their cafeteria, coffee, water etc. as we waitedfor our vehicle. Thank you Clarence keep being a outstanding Service Advisor I know it can be a tough job sometimes. Thanks to all the amazing staff at Koch Ford. Outstanding dealership.

Stopped in to pick up a new fleet lease vehicle. Staff was kind and courteous. The Lincoln rep happened to be there and waited with me while Juti came over from the other building with my Nautilus. All of the staff are attentive and Juti made the process so simple. Thanks for the great service

I test drove the new Bronco back in January and really loved the smooth feel for such a rugged vehicle. I ended up ordering a fully loaded Sasquatch package outer Banks four-door model and have had it for just a few days but I'm really enjoying the experience!

During the visit, the dealership even noted a recall and an issue that was still under warranty and promptly addressed both of these issues while my car was still in their care.I was impressed by the level of attention to detail and the promptness in which they ordered the necessary parts for the warranty issue and had them installed the very next day.
