Mike and his team did an amazing job, we’re very pleased and have peace of mind knowing we went with his company to replace our roof. During a rainstorm our roof leaked badly into our kitchen , Mike responded quickly and came out to inspect the roof. We love the value a business owner like Mike brings his knowledge, experience, honesty and pride of workmanship, it’s worth every penny.

We just had our roof and skylight replaced by Mike and his team and the whole process was seamless! Mike was so responsive and easy to deal with. We got the job done within 2 weeks which was faster than we were expecting, and he was constantly reaching out and keeping me in the loop on expected timelines. Really lovely to work with and his crew did a beautiful job on our roof. Would highly recommend to anyone and will certainly be using him again in the future!

Installed an exhaust stack for our new bathroom vent and removed an old one that previously vented our hot water tank. Guys were very polite and did great work, job was done within 2hrs, will definitely use these guys again to replace my shingles when they're due in the next couple years.

Just moved back to Toronto and the property I purchased was in need of some TLC. I first met Mike when he was subcontracted to make the holes needed in the roof for bathroom fans. He pointed out that, for some reason, the previous owner only did half the roof and the other half was overdue for repair. We booked an appointment for all the work and I have to say the work was definitely well done. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions. I highly recommend Mike and his guys. They were able to replace our roof on pretty short notice, and at a very reasonable price. When we had issues a month later (not related to their work), they were responsive, came to investigate multiple times, gave us a clear explanation and even fixed the problem quickly in the face of bad weather and cold. We got our roof replacement done by Durham roofing (Mike & his team) around mid-April 2023. We had initially contacted Mike in Jan-2023. Due to high winds, 1 of our roof soffit fascia metal strip had been damaged & flown off, leaving a gap & exposed the wood. Due to bad weather, snow etc, we were worried if snow / ice / water, went in, further damage will be done on the inside of attic. Mike responded promptly and we discussed the cost of fixing the issue (by exchanging the damaged area pics), his quote was very reasonable and thanks to Mike, we didn't have to defer fixing the exposed fascia till spring or summer. When Mike came to do the work, he also inspected our roof and told us that there were rotted plywood underneath in some areas and we should get the roof replaced soon. So we told him that this was already on our to-do" list and we decided to circle back in April & get it done. Mike gave us a 3-day window in mid-April when the weather was OK enough to proceed with the work. His crew arrived on time and finished the work in 3-days. They made sure all the debris upon removal of the old roof was gone & Mike also provided me pics of the damaged area of the ply-board on both front & back side

I had a ridge vent installed. I was surprised how fast they were able to get me in and complete the job. My house has better air circulation now and the rooms aren’t as hot!!!Great work guys!

I called Durham Region Roofing and left a message. The same day Mike called and provided a quote which was fair. His worker was at my house when he said he would, 2 days later. They replaced my 4 vent covers that were damaged with quality steel product. Job was completed, wormanship great, real pro's.I recommend this company.

Mike emailed me a quote within an hour. Due to weather conditions changing, he kept in touch with me to set a date. His crew and himself were punctual. The new shingles (that come with a 50 year guarantee) were installed and my husband and myself are more than pleased. The crew cleaned up and Mike stayed to answer our questions.
