They gave me an honest quote and explained everything I needed and how it all worked, they had the repairs done in under 2 hours. They charged me exactly what was expected and thoroughly explained it all. They are great to deal with and very accommodating! Been there 3 times and they are very fair and honest. Can not diagnose anything if they can’t plug it in to a computer. I question the experience and accreditation of the staff working on cars. Price: Regardless of the “actual time” it will take to complete a job they charge whatever the book says. EVERY repair, especially maintenance items like brakes, exhaust, etc they charge what the book says it should take. I’ve heard the “speel” a few times. I’ve had a car in there wouldn't start. Because they could get a diagnosis by plugging it in, they didn’t know what to do. They “DIDN’T even know where to start” were their words. I had to consult OTHER garages/mechanics to give them starting points. Finally it was an electrical issue; got that from a friend that’s familiar with the make of car. Right away he said just try a new distributor coil. Done, problem fixed in under an hour. But I had no car for a week because “didn’t know where to start”. No offer of rental after they smashed my headlight when driving my car into their garage wall! Yea that is 100% true. Waited 6 weeks for a new headlight to arrive and they installed it so bad it never worked right. So don’t be fooled, and please ask where they are buying the parts and what are the other options for the parts. There are parts sold that are not approved for some cars. NOT RECOMMEND - AVOID. There are honest people out there

Always friendly and helpful! Will explain the issue and if something can wait they will get approval from you before doing the work. I have used their services several times over the last few years and I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend, very friendly, great prices, no bs, if something needs to be done asap they tell you that, if it can wait a little they tell you that. Have been going there for years now and will continue to.
