Untrained staff, young thin lady does not know how to explain about medicine and how to professionally communicate. He was supposed you ask if you want to buy one or two doses of medication. But she was asking, one or two, one or two, one or two, I quitely watched her what she is doing, one or two, then I asked what are you talking about? She said these tubes, she had those tubes on other counter. I said I gave you Doctor’s prescription, I do not know if Medicine is in pills or cream tubes. At least inform me it comes tubes or show me, it comes in tubes. Then I can tell. She was unprofessional, also she is not good at English as well, gets confused. Send her to English Classes.The gentleman working there is professional.

Horrible Experience at this place. went to return a lotion which i had purchased from them and they would not return it. They stated we don't know how you have stored this product.. Are you kidding me and that too for a lotion which has to be stored at 20C( and this was in spring time)? They did not even have a return policy on the receipt or in the pharmacy. The owner was very rude in speaking to me and the other staff pounced on me so as to show their support to her. When asked give me a reason or provide in writing why you are not returning the product" she said" i will ask my accoutant or lawyer ".. Avoid this place.. go anywhere but not here"

Awful. Horrible. Disastrous. Do not get your medicine here. Waited almost 50 minutes without my medication. They told me they ran out. Unprofessional and bad customer service.

After waiting for an hour, we got the medicine but its expensive so we told to reduce the quantity, they behave very rudely and told to wait for long long time but they didn’t respond and we took medicine from another pharmacy

I went to this place for my wife's blood work. She is pregnant and was fasting also. Earlier places har hard time finding her vein, but at this place nurse Rupa left us surprised when find the vein and did blood work in no time. She is really caring, compassionate and took good care of my wife. I highly recommend this place for blood work

It used to be my go to pharmacy as my doctor is right in there by their service has gone down really bad over the years. They used to call with 45 minutes after doctor send them prescription but now I called them 2.5 hrs later they claim they haven’t received it and refuse to check by reception.

Not honest people, cannot keep their promises and always charge more than anywhere else, so rude as well, dont talk nice to people. They promised me for not charge me any difference from what insurance is paying, i dropped my 1 year prescription refill and they started charging me after couple of refills saying that management has changed we can't do anything. I would not go there anymore rather go to shoppers drug mart next door. You would be ripped going there, be ware.

Receptionist at the desk is very rude and shows attitude to the poor patients.And they charged money for massage and physio therapy notes.They not supposed to.

They dont respond at all for calls they only call when they have some payment to be done they call you after the payment is done they dont respond at all and never care about the patient they always loot patients

After 3 hours I called about medication is ready they told me I don’t know about your prescription even nobody transfer to them it’s so unprofessional service
