Our windshield got hit by a rock at night going to sault st marie. We did make a call early morning to see if it’s still repairable or need to be replace. The girl who asnwered our call explained thoroughly why our windshield cant be repaired and she also squeeze us in because we need to go back home asap. Kind, friendly, professional and the service is good 5/5.

Terrible experience. Asked the owner for a quote. Instead of giving me a direct answer she says just to pay the insurance deductible. Insurance didn't cover. Bills me $700 for a windshield replacement when I got a quote somewhere else for $350. Never coming here again. Bunch of crooks.

Came from out of town with my mom, rock smacked right into our window and put our trip to a great start. We came here and the two employees fit us in their busy schedule early morning and went the extra mile. Great service thanks again for everything guys!

Rock hit the windshield last weekend...brought the car in this morning and the team was great...friendly, clean, knowledgeable & explained the warranty very clearly. Great service overall, I just didn't anticipate being there for 45 minutes. Could have disclosed this when booking the apt! No big deal though...I know for next time! And yes...I'm sure it will happen again! Definately will go back to Speedy Glass for service.
