My wife and I went to this UPS store just after the holidays to ship out a delicate painting and a guestbook from our wedding. We were greeted by Jay who was so kind and took his time to guide us through the process and explain the options. It was the best experience we could have asked for. My wife and I visited the UPs store to have our photograph taken for our PR card, and we were delighted with the assistance provided by the store manager. Not only did he help us obtain a digital copy of the photograph, but also helped us to stamp backside it by taking print out.We are truly grateful for his patience and extensive knowledge. He took care of all the essential details, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. Additionally, he is a wonderful person to interact with. I wholeheartedly recommend this store based on our positive experience.

Went for a passport for our 2 month old. The lady was so kind and patient. A lot of other places I called gave me the feeling like it's inconvenient to have a newborn come in. Not here. I will be back.

Wow! I brought in a Christmas Card for my business. I provided a file that had the cover correct, but the internal image upside down. My Bad! I needed to print it as I initiated the whole project late. Nikhil asked me twice if I wanted to print it anyway. Yes I said. He printed them and even scored them to look more professional and so I could fold them easier. Nice!I departed. He ran after me. My USB! He said, Please

I have had documents printed at this store a number of times and the service is always friendly. Today I was having trouble sending a large file to be printed and the (owner?) was patient with me and helped me troubleshoot the problem. In the end I got the file printed that I needed and was very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend!
