Receptionist hung up on me while i was asking about a referral. I can't believe this is happening in Canada as many complaining from the same issue

The receptionist was very rude on the phone and that just wasn't one time that was every time.I don't know how someone can stay employed at a place when they should have a better bedside manner. Ended up going somewhere else. Don't they care how their patients are being treated? Maybe they don't know. Maybe they don't know how she talks to people on the phone. I wonder about people that have such a piss poor attitude with people they don't even know. I see either one of the doctors or family member posted twice to give themselves a 5-star review. Instead of doing that why don't you speak to the receptionist and find out why she is so rude and Bitchie to the patients?

The receptionist is extremely rude! I’ve talked to her twice now different days and each time she was soo rude. Interrupting me and hanging up on me, before I was even done talking. I read through these reviews and I can’t believe she still is employed there, they clearly do not care about how their patients are cared for.

The reception staff need a lesson in life skills. They have to stop assuming that it's akay to change an apppointment time without notifying the patient and expecting the patient to sit in the waiting room for an extra 3 hours.

I was sent to Dr Reddy in 2017 for a throat scope. I saw him once. He didn't bother doing a throat scope, he sent me home with a pantrapozole prescription and told me I have an acid problem. Turns out 2022 I have to have surgury (by another dr.) to fix a permanently open stomach valve, which is causing difficulty in my breathing and swallowing. All could have been fixed years ago.
