Working with Claudia and Simply Weddings is an absolute must if you are planning your wedding from away! From the first conversation we had with Claudia, it was clear we made the right choice and we felt nothing but relief. Every phone call with her highlighted her experience. She was able to get us right on track in terms of budget, timelines, invitation prep, guest list and seating chart, decor suggestions, hair and makeup, etc! Her contacts in the business are endless.This was all before the big day.... Claudia was a complete godsend to us for the full wedding weekend! She attended to every detail and ensured everything went smoothly! She helped with last minute decor and seating issues. Her detailed timeline was perfect at keeping the entire wedding party on track! When nobody else could figure out my dresses’ bustle, she saved the day!Claudia was there every step of the way and we could not have imagined a more perfect day in large part due to her help!

Claudia and her team were such a great addition to help with our wedding! She was able to accommodate online meetings, helped plan our day every step of the way, and had excellent suggestions to help our wedding run smoothly. Her assistant Kayla was fantastic on our wedding day, and we honestly felt like we had the best wedding. We would definitely recommend Claudia and her team to help with planning your wedding!

Claudia put so much time into making our day run perfectly. She handled all the last minute surprises. As the bride, I had no stress the day of, or the days approaching the wedding because she created a detailed itinerary for the wedding day, there was no room for ambiguity, she truly thought of everything. We had some of our vendors reaching out to us about changes the week of the wedding and Claudia virtually met with us for an hour to go over their questions and responded to them for us. She's also very knowledgeable which was very helpful because one of our vendors didn't have experience with weddings and she provided a lot of guidance and expectations for them. (She even cut our cake!) She was very professional and played so many roles behind the scenes of our wedding, we had a blast and our families were also able to enjoy the day.

Claudia was extremely helpful. Although we only hired her as a Day of Wedding Coordinator she was still available to us while we were planning the wedding for any questions or concerns we had. She provided us with a very good list of items to take care of and was very kind to also provide us with vendors list. I am extremely grateful she was there the day of the wedding managing everything, I was not asked once about anything, she had everything moved smoothly and whenever we needed support for anything she was next to us within a second. I highly recommend Claudia. She is fantastic. Thank you Claudia for being there for us! <3

Thank god for Claudia and her team! Everything that COULD have gone wrong did! A hurricane, changing venues an hour before the ceremony, no way to contact guests…it was a wild ride!!! But Josie (our day of coordinator) was a rock star. Got us down the isle, helped us get pizza to feed the crowd, kept us from dissolving into misery. Even made sure my husband and I had a moment or two to ourselves. Best money I spent on my wedding 10/10

Claudia is incredible. She made planning our wedding so much easier by meeting with us, providing checklists, and (most importantly) providing day of coordination. At the event Claudia made sure everyone was where they had to be when they had to be and kept us on schedule (not an easy task). Any time something went wrong, Claudia was all over it and was able to find creative solutions to make sure our guests didn't even notice.If you're getting married, you need to hire Claudia!

Claudia is very organized and seasoned in planning weddings. Without her connections and expertise, our wedding would not have gone as smooth as it did. From finding vendors to getting people in line with the scheduled events, she has been very supportive and integral in making our wedding an amazing day to remember.We are very happy we chose Simply Weddings and would highly recommend to others because it made our special day seamless and we could focus on enjoying the event vs worrying about all the other random things that came up.

Claudia was just phenomenal! She helped us tremendously in any aspect of our wedding planning. Claudia has tons of knowledge and experience in organizing all kind of events. She is very organized and great in negotiating and bringing people with different opinions together. She has a lot of connections too. Claudia's assistant Ashley was also great, especially on the wedding day (July 30). She overlooked and kept every small thing under control. We feel very lucky and so grateful to have these ladies as our wedding planners! Thank you both very much! We really appreciate what you have done for us.
