So much bureaucracy at this location...You need to waste several hours to apply for a passport. First you have to wait at the reception, then wait again to meet an agent, then wait again if some other docs are required etc. The have two agents handling files and plenty of clients. It's so hard to find a solution? I had to take a day off from my job to be able to apply for a passport. We are in 2018, why they cannot speed up the process to be able to apply online, or to simplify the procedure somehow.

the worst experience ever with this location i went without an appointment.. it was -10 outside and the security guy won’t let me to go inside wait in hallway i was freezing there was no one behind me i just wanted to go inside and wait even tho there was NO ONE IN THE LINE LIKE IDK WHY HE WAS MAKING ME WAIT? and i went inside couldn’t wait he went outside and start screaming at me i wanted to talk and he was telling me you can’t tell me how to do my job . that was horrible

I visited this place when approximately January,2019 to get my SIN number. The worker explained all important informations for me. And he said that I could use equipments such as a fax and a print. He was nice and kind. There is a gaude book as well.

Went on Tuesday at around 10:30am and there was no lineup to renew my passport, I was in and out in 20 mins.The security guard remembered me from the day before when the wait was over an hour and suggested I come back not on Mondays and to come in the morning. Super friendly guy! Everyone else was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.Such a difference from Toronto GTA experiences. I used to think 1.5 hours was fast and that was pre pandemic.

They do not do the job they are paid to do. The upper management are a disgrace to our country. Such a mismanaged institution proves the need for privatization.

I went in for a passport renewal. The staff was friendly and efficient. The place was clean, not very busy, but not quiet either. There were quite a few computers, as well as telephone stations for various services.
