I'm a regular customer, recently the machines have been recalibrated too actually give you less cream and less sugar, I've drank an extra large 4 cream 4 sugar for 30 years , apon visits for my daily fix I've complained several times about my coffee not being made properly to be remade over and over , I asked one of the gentlemen employees about when will the machines be Recalibrated and his response floored me , a customer for well over 30 years I was told I'm wrong and I don't drink a 4x4 coffee and there's something wrong with me..... I have taken there unsatisfactory coffee to a different Tim Hortons In town to have it replaced and bam there's my coffee .. this location does not care if your order is as you ordered, even some of the employees just shake there head and say there's nothing they can do about the quality of their items ... if I wasn't told I'm wrong and don't drink my 30 year fix I would have patiently waited for the recalibration of the machines, it's been a month now and the coffee there serving hasn't changed .... I'm hoping this will get to Jack" the franchise holder as when I ask when he will be around I'm told I don't know every time I've asked ...Please fix this issue Jack...."

Need to toast bagels without burning them black. Asked not to burn and got it sacrificed. Too late to return. Had left. Wasted timed and money.

Charge me 5.64 $ for one smal double double,than i asked them why than they realize there mistake and in favor they return me 3 dollars,still made a mistake.i understand human mistakes but return me less money,i don't understand....

One of the best Tim Hortons cafes in the area. The staff is very kind and prepared the meal & drink really quick. Happy with my experience here.

Every single time I go to this Tims location they add way to much cream. How is this a Regular? The coffee has so much cream its white! I'd get sick if I did drink this.
