Really easy process. Get in for your fitting, choose your styles and fabrics, get measured and it’s that easy. The wait was only a couple of weeks, and once the suits came it was another quick appt to get the final necessary alterations done. Only a short wait. All in less than 5 weeks, and that’s with me being slow to get in for my second appt. Got two custom made beautiful suits for less than one custom made from 15 years ago. And the quality is there. I’ve owned a lot of suits and these are an amazing deal. 100% would recommend Indochino if you are looking for a custom suit.

Horrible experience…Racist and Judgemental vibe.I went to the store with an hour appointment for getting my wedding tux, no-one helped us for the first 15-20 mins(whats the point of making an appointment if no-one available). Later this person came (turns out he is the manager) did not even ask what I am looking for just showed 2 suit materials. I asked if I could try anything and the immediate response was “you gonna have to pay if you tear them” in a judgemental voice as if I couldn’t afford it. Then he was gone did not help with any of the questions I had. We were not happy with the service asked for the manager, told him we have an appointment and needed more help and he was not helping, he started arguing that he was gone for a second and he pretty much walked away. There were zero attempts to help us. We basically walked out of there.I will not recommend this location to anyone.. Went there after reading all the raving reviews but my experience was different.

Went in to get a suit, ordered two and both came in less than two weeks! The person who had helped me out was Mai and she fitted the suit very well.Service was quick and easy, came back one last time after the suit came in and they even ironed and cleaned it up. Offered to fix any fitting mistakes but everything was perfect!

Booked an appointment for 3 people. Best customer service I have experienced. Mirko took the time to explain everything in meticulous detail and was very knowledgeable. The entire experience was smooth and flawless and left the best satisfaction feeling. Will recommend 100 %. For the price the custom suit and 3 tailored shirts cannot be beat

Mai is incredible! Such a personable and fantastic experience. From the moment of purchase all the way until trying on the suit, she’s been so great to work with. I had a very tight deadline for my wedding and she did everything she could to get it done on time. 10/10 recommend.

My partner and I had a wonderful encounter with Jordan. Jordan was absolutely exceptional, he was patience calm and very knowledgeable. He took time to listen to both our opinions and didn’t rush us. This was my first experience being measured/fitted for a new suit. It was an amazing experience! Staff was friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me so I knew what to expect.Definitely recommend booking an appointment and going in rather than simply uploading measurements online.

Terrible customer service. When I was looking to get the initial fitting done they were extremely nice and helpful. I even got an appointment for my brother and I on the very same day. Once I paid (Super overpriced as well by the way), the customer service was just terrible. When it comes to taking your money they've got all the appointments available, but when it comes to providing after sales service it's an afterthought.I was promised that if there are any issues with the suit, I can get an adjustment done and the process would only take a week. Once I got the suit, I gave them a call as it needed some adjustments and they told me they don't have any availability for 3 weeks. They later agreed to do it for me after a lot of back and forth. The employees kept pushing back and saying the suit looked fine, when it clearly did not.The adjustment literally took the associate 5 minutes so I don't know why it was so difficult to arrange. They didn't even bother calling me to let me know that it was ready. Complete waste of money and time
