I cannot express how incredible Kelsi is at what she does and how grateful I am for her support throughout my pre and post natal journey (and beyond!). I started going to her during my first trimester of pregnancy and have seen her on a monthly cadence since (I am now 11 months post partum). She is the only practitioner I swear by and have seen that consistently, ever, in my life and it’s because she is just so damn good at what she does. Combined with her magic touch, her knowledge and expertise in kinesiology and the human body means that not only is the massage experience like none other, but I walk away feeling the positive effects of our session (mentally and physically) for weeks following our appointment. Trust me when I say I am PICKY when it comes to massages and she has never once failed me. She’s consistent, extremely knowledgeable, and very gifted. Jealous that Squamish has her now for good!

As a life-long athlete turned avid cyclist, I have been receiving massages for well over 30 years. I struggled for year to find a therapist that had the ability and know-how to deliver consistent results for my neck, t-spine, and lower lumbar issues. Kelsi is one of the only therapists that I fully trust to work on me. She is friendly, genuine, hard-working, and professional. I highly recommend Kelsi whether you need deep tissue recovery work or something more relaxing after a stressful day at work.

Kelsi is my go to RMT! She takes the time to find out what is happening with your body and focuses on the areas that need attention. She helped me get over a bad shoulder injury and was able to help with mobility and lessen the pain. Highly recommend!
