Awesome people! Ms Caroline not only helped me add my donor ID to my profile (which currently can't be done online or in the app for donors with US addresses), she personally let me know when it was done so that I can confirm. Being courteous and professional are rare enough as it is but having true grit and going above and beyond to help a customer are a blessing.
