IRRIGATION SPRINKLERS, LED LIGHTING, SOD - The Sprinkler Company Inc.

We inquired about an irrigation system installation. They made the house call and provided a quote. The system was installed quickly and professionally in one day, with no disruption to our newly planted flowers and shrubs. I paid The Sprinkler Company to open the irrigation system in the spring. A technican came out and turned the water on, walked around, and said everything looks good. He refused to look around the valve box because there was a spider web.Two weeks later I notice water leaking in the valve box which I think the technician should have seen during the opening. I had to pay another service call fee for technician to come out again. He comes when it is raining heavily, tightens some clamps and says it's all good. When the weather is dry, I check the valve box again and see it is still leaking.The Sprinkler Company tells me I should pay $790 to replace all the valves and another $90 service call fee. They refuse to believe there is a leak and just keep saying the technican says he fixed it.
