Simply horrid. The tom yum soup was just spicy water. The bbq chicken was dry flavourless and some pieces were ice coldThe sushi did not hold together and was impossible to pick up. The edamame was old and freezer burned.Such a disappointment.We won’t be back.

I ordered online from their website and was sent confirmation for pickup. When I arrived, I was told that “this isn’t a McDonald’s; we are cancelling skip the dishes and Uber eats orders from now on”. When asked if they would be making my food, they said that they have 1 cook and that it would be best if I cancelled my order. Literally in shock, leaving with a bad taste in my mouth and no food. Will not return, management needs to work on a couple things…

The food was excellent and tasted amazing. The food was different and unique in its own way. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming and warm. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind towards us and its a fun place to eat with family or friends. The restaurant has a karaoke machine which was fun to use. The night was filled with laughs and so much fun. The food presentation of the food was as if it was a gourmet restaurant.

Great place to go for drinks and traditional Chinese food. I went with my friend on their opening day at lunch. We ordered some sides and some dim sum which were all great but the dishes that had a really big impact on me are the pineapple fried rice and the skewers squid and lamb. The rice was cooked beautifully with a sweet and spicy taste to it. While the skewers were seasoned very well on all parts, the lamb was tender and the squid didn’t have a bad seafood taste to it. They even have a robot server which is my first time seeing it which if you ask me is already enough of a reason to check the place out. Their bar is so eye catching that next time if I’m not driving I will definitely come back and get a few drinks. Overall amazing restaurant definitely one of a kind in Orillia.

The sous-chef David made us an authentic Vietnamese hotpot dinner. The flavour of the hotpot was incredible with just the right mix of spices and heat! The selection and variety of protein was fresh and delicious. The mussel appetizer was brilliant.The restaurant and team are a welcome addition to Orillia.Thank you Bali Breeze for an amazing food experience!

I can't understand how this place gets good reviews.My girlfriend took two bites and noticed the rice noodles were fried in rancid oil. We left without eating but not soon enough to avoid food poisoning.

What a gem of a restaurant. We have dined in twice now and ordered off their sushi menu. Miso soup was fresh and delicious. Torched scallop roll and torched salmon roll were outstanding. Sashimi was fabulous and presentation of all dishes was very impressive. The atmosphere is cozy, the music mellow and enjoyable, and very clean inside. The highlight for our kids was the robot that delivered the food!Not our last visit!

Went for lunch, service was very slow and despite being on the menu, none of the lunch combos were available. My noodle dish was very dry and the included lobster was soggy and flavourless. One of my party had a chopped yellow pepper in his dish with the sticker still on it. Robot was neat...I guess?

Food poisoning!! I went out on a date night to this place as I'd seen it and hadn't had the chance to go. My partner hadn't tried hot pot before so we wanted to go. Well you have to reserve it 2 days in advance along with other dishes. Decided to order their satay dish instead. Waited about 30 mins for food to come out and only my dish came. Meanwhile other tables in the not busy restaurant were complaining about needing to leave and others got the wrong food or bill. The kitchen sounded busy but nothing but tiny bits of food left the kitchen every 20 minutes. The food I saw coming from the kitchen does not match any of the pictures here either. My dish was the most unappealing thing I'd seen.So back to my satay" fried noodles. My partner still didn't have his plate so I decided to try a couple pieces of the seafood. Is it cooked properly? NO. it was frozen shrimp that had been fried to the state of rubber along with mussels that were the texture of a bouncy ball. Then the taste hit me

First off the chef was the only person there so serving and cooking and there no one else in the restaurant to serve. When asked questions about the menu he didn’t speak a word of English and could assist in the least so we had to google what things were.I then had to retrieve him from the kitchen to take our order which was a piece of paper with the code from the menu on it.He did bring us tea which was nice but no waters. He then disappeared into the kitchen again until our food came out. Both my mom and I were given frost bitten crab and lobster that was still frozen and watery. Then my dish was dry and had zero flavour. This was unexpected as I had high hopes of an authentic dish. Then I took a bite of my first shrimp and was still frozen. All 4 of our dishes were not hot by any means either. Because he spoke zero English there was no point in even complaining to attempting to complain about our food.I again had to retrieve him from the kitchen to pay for our order. You will never guess what happened next… he tried to bill me for $70 for a $40 and my mom $75 for a $37 bill.It’s really unfortunate as I’ve had friends go and they highly recommended it.
