He was very clear in setting our which documents we needed to submit, always kept us informed of where we were in the process of getting a mortgage, and took the time to walk us through each step, from applying to setting up the online mortgage payment portal. Iain was incredibly helpful every step of the way through the mortgage process. In the beginning, he took the time to explain the whole process in depth, and constantly went out of his way to help us get over every hurdle. In these coronavirus times, he was even willing to stop by our house for us to sign documents and ended up doing that several times. He was always friendly and professional.
