Simply Swimming Unity

Annemie is excellent with her young students. She is firm but patient and has age-appropriate behaviour expectations for her swimmers. Her instruction is a great mix of teaching/practicing skills while also playing games that develop these skills. Communication with parents is friendly and frequent. I’ve also heard excellent things about the fitness classes!

Wonderful!!! No other words than this....it is a miracle how God has blessed Annemie and Hannes ,with strength and wisdom to build this beautiful fassility, to bring so much joy the people around her !!! All the way from South Africa to Unity to do something so great....may it go from strength to strength!! May all your dreams come true!!

My daughter really enjoyed her lessons, and has come out of her 1st lesson with simply swimming a much stronger swimmer.Thank so much so much. Look forward to the next Lesson.

I have always enjoyed aquasizes at our local outdoor pool in the summer, but now we can enjoy aquasizes every season!Annemie has built a lovely pool right here in Unity. I was surprised how big the pool actually is, and how roomy the front entrance and deck is. There are stalls for changing and two washrooms, plus a large shower for showering before and after you swim.Being able to swim is not a requirement for taking aquasizes, but I’m happy to hear that children and adults are learning to swim.In aquasize class there are all levels of swimming abilities, plus comfort levels. The instructors are encouraging and always monitoring the class members. I feel very safe in the pool.I’ve had classes with all three instructors. I’ve recently had hip surgery and they all made sure I was doing ok and adapted certain movements for me. All are knowledgeable and each week the classes are different.Since returning to classes since my surgery, I’ve seen increased range of motion and increased flexibility. Not only the physical changes, but it’s a great way to spend positive time with other aquasize class members. We can all use a boost to our mental health, and what better way than with friends having fun and exercising in our lovely pool?Thank you Simply Swimming for bringing your new business to Unity. I’m loving it!

Aquasize is the Best. No matter who your instructor is, you will Laugh and Sing and just feel like young girls again. It is the Best part of my week.

Simply swimming is simply super! The aquacise classes give you an excellent workout without impact and it is FUN! I highly recommend this to people of all ages but especially those of us with joint issues. All the aches and pains go away in the water.
