The UPS Store

Do not go to this store. I walked in today with a box. I had an item inside I asked the front desk representative to tape it and send it off. He was really pushing me to buy a box that they sell for 6 dollars. I was saying I'm not getting a refund this package, it is not coming back to me or anyone, it will stay with Microsoft they will take the item out and do with it as they please and I will r eceive a replacement. I am receiving a replacement all I need is for this box to go to Mircosoft location in Toronto and that's all. This front desk rep was extremely unprofessional, and very rude, I was upset because he offered to tape the box, which I said sure why not. He tapes only the sides, this box opens vertically, so it would make sense to put a tape vertical around the box. But he said no because it won't scan" while he applies CLEAR TAPE. Now I won't even be surprised if my package does not reach its location because of how this front desk representive acted in front of me. All these fake reviews are ridiculous. This person greeted me with rudeness and when he taped the box he said "you can go now" while I was asking him to tape it vertically. Ridiculous absolutely absurd 0 professionalism

No parking and staff is not giving receipt after Amazon package dropped off

It was my first time shipping with UPS and I spent $60 to ship a package only to find out moments before it was due to be delivered that a clearance document was missing. Not sure how the package can be accepted without REQUIRED documents, that should be a standard check done at the office for the convenience of your customers so that when the package is shipped there are no delays.... first & last time shipping with ups

Best service >I went to ups store 517 in brampton downtown and representative with name Amanmeet over there made my trouble easy as it was an important product to send international and was delicate and he packed so well it reached over there on time and perfectly he saved me alot of time and troubleI’ll surely recommend this store

I recently used the UPS George St. location in Brampton. I had a very important document to ship. The staff lady worked very hard to ensure that all the correct information, including special instructions for delivery, went onto the shipping label. Despite all this care, the document went astray.We reported the non-delivery to the George St. office. They took appropriate action and our document was tracked down and delivered within a couple of days. I was pleased that the George St. office took my concerns about the lost document seriously. Anyone can make a mistake, but it takes a good company to fix their mistake! I will continue to place my confidence in UPS. Thank you for finding my missing document and delivering it safely!

Went there at 6:28 to mail something, and the door was already closed. The attendant said she won't be processing it, since it will take time. If the store closes at 6:30 that means it closes at 6:30, NOT 6:28. Better practice will be to post a notice stating the register closes 5 or 10 minutes before closing time. Terrible customer service.

This review is at least two months due. Life tends to get busy.I'm reviewing UPS store in Brampton at George St.There is a clerk named (GiGi/GeGe), he was my hero that day. I had many packages to ship and I was overwhelmed with the task of printing and boxing them all, some were difficult to carry. The clerk went above and beyond to help me as fast as possible. Eight packages in total and one was missing".I gave up looking for it but he suggested to check every box to see if I accidentally packed inside another box and what you know

Not sure why there are so many good reviews for this locatiom. I went today to ask for an estimation, there was this rude staff who didn't even greet or say anything when I said I need an estimation to send my package . He simply asked for the zip code with his cold face and told its 70$ after taking the measurement of my package . I went to another UPS store right after this in queen's street,brampton and it costed me 29$ to ship the same package . I wouldn't recommend to go to this place , horrible customer service .This is a response to the reply I got from the ups store . I did give my package to the representative and asked for the estimate , the person who attended did measure my package with his measuring tape, asked for the zip code and told the rate to be 70$ . I even clarified the same whether that is the least rate that is offered and he nodded saying yes. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience and that is what reviews are for . Please try to correct you mistakes instead of defending your customer service . Thanks
