I've been here quite a few times. This location is my go-to walk in clinic. Booking an appointment is easy; however, your appointment time usually isn't followed but I understand since there are lots of patients coming in as well and I think there's only one physician who attends everyone.The receptionists, pharmacist, and physicians are nice. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Will highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at MARKVILLE WALK IN CLINIC. The staff was friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly address my concerns. I felt confident in the expertise of the medical team and left the clinic feeling well-cared for. I highly recommend it for their exceptional service and commitment to patient satisfaction.

We used their online booking system and it was very easy to use. I’m glad we booked in advanced as they had to turn away some people that walked in without an appointment. We had an 11:30am appointment and we were greeted by the receptionist. Signed some forms and waited about 45 mins until we were seen by Dr. Abdullah Cader. To be honest that’s better than most places and we understand there is a wait. There is a sign at the front desk to indicate this. Our interaction with Dr.Cader was friendly, straightforward and thorough. The pharmacist was also kind and informative. Overall, if your looking for a walk-in medical clinic this is the place to be just make sure to use the online booking system on the website.

Great walk in clinic! It’s so hard to find good clinics in Markham but this is definitely one of the best if not the best one. I will say you will have a long wait so get prepared for that. Both the receptionist and doctor were so kind and apologized for the delay. My wait was 1 hour but it’s also because the doctor really takes the time to understand your symptoms which is so important. I’d definitely recommend this place!

This walk-in clinic is really good! The booking system saves everyone a lot of time and makes everything so easy.The office is small, clean, and bright.I’m particularly happy with Dr Sritharan, who seems attentive, kind, and competent and didn’t rush my speech-delayed kid to explain her symptoms. Overall this place has always been an ideal experience.

Most important and notable things about this walk-in clinic:- absolutely clean- very friendly staff (one of the staff members noticed someone was lost outside and made the effort to help this person find their way to another office... something you do not see every day. Very nice to see their staff go out of their busy schedule to help another person)- I met with Dr. Sritharan, who was extremely professional and polite. Her level of expertise is unlike that of the typical" walk-in clinic physicians

Service from the receptionists is bad, not responsible to patient’s test report. The guy never follow up the lab result since i called him 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks later they didn’t even know if my result was received and asked me to make appointment even tho there was no point for appointment without the lab result but the woman kept pushing me to clinic and wait for 2 hrs.I mean these guys only know to book appointments as much as possible to claim allowance from government without caring for patients lab result. Taking too long for month since sample dropped to them. Its their job to follow up but never do the job. Will never visit again.

This clinic allows online booking for appointments which is very easy and convenient. During my visits, I experienced very attentive and friendly staff and doctors. Their wait times are also better than the other walk-in clinics in the area. Would definitely recommend. :)

I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Andrew provided me with exceptional care, showing great professionalism and patience. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and patient. She went above and beyond to assist me when I forgot to bring the lab requisition for my blood tests. She promptly printed a new one, which was extremely helpful.

I called and made an appointment to see a dr. at this walk in clinic (3 stars). When we arrived, there were about six other people in the waiting room.We waited, and waited. I finally went up to the counter and asked how much longer we would have to wait and they said there was one person in front of us. Again, we waited and waited. We ended up leaving because I had to go to work!What is the point in making an appointment when the patients are seen in the order they arrive?Making an appointment is a plus, HOWEVER, it is impractical to expect people to be seen after those without a scheduled appointment!I would never recommend this clinic.
