Buying and selling a home is probably the most stressful financial experience you will be exposed to. Kristina Tar and the Tar Team actually made this a pleasant experience for us. They made us feel that we were their only customers by working on everything quickly and professionally. Their valuation of the house so that it would sell for the best price and the staging of the house to make it look incredible did get us more than we expected. Was part of an organized multiple offer bid. Was not contacted after the presentation and not given a chance to improve my offer or even told where I stood. Found out hours later that that some other bidder got it. They were however very quick at updating new offers coming in to increase the bidding pressure in the beginning.
