We had a great experience from start to finish. Kyra was wonderful to work with, she is very personable and not pushy at all. She really listened to what we wanted and helped us find a great sectional. We opted for white glove delivery and the delivery team was great, very professional and they took great care bringing the sectional in and setting it up. Highly recommend!

Ordered brand new furniture item. Unpacked the box and it has visual defects in every leg. Called within 24hrs of receiving and was told they will REPAIR it! That was so unacceptable. We had to jump through hoops to get a new table and it is still defective in the legs and now other places and a different shade of color! Will never purchase from Ashley again! What a waste of money!

Experience was really good.Prabhjot, the sales associate there, she was really good with her service as she explained all the minor and major details of the product ans also she was very welcoming in nature.She was very new with the company as she told me but my experience with her was amazing. First time buyer. After looking at every furniture shop in the area i found the best deal on a sofa for new apartment online at Ashley Homestore, several $100s cheaper than local competitors and with good reviews. Had a couple questions about delivery so I chatted with a sales rep who was very helpful and efficient and ended up walking me through the purchase himself online. The process was straight forward, I didn’t feel pressured into buying the extra protection or taking out financing (I a work credit card right from a link in the chat. Very easy). I will update this review after the delivery.

I had a great experience with the staff at Ashley Furniture. The sales associates weren’t pushy or rude when I was looking around. Mary specifically went out of her way to make sure I had the information I needed for my purchase. Even when I left the store and came back a week later I wasn’t bothered with emails or phone calls. They even priced matched the online sale and warranty coverage and we’re able to deliver my couch less than a week! I will be back for future purchases as they had very good prices. Thank you all so much for your help with my purchase!

Update 2023-Jun-15: on the day and hour of scheduled delivery, i got a phone call that the couch was not coming and likely discontinued. That the store would call me. That was 2 days ago, no call. When i call the store multiple times, i get The customer can't be reached

My boyfriend and I came to Ashley to look for new living room furniture. Our salesperson Addy, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made the experience as stress free as possible. I have purchased various furniture and appliances from this specific location because of the quality of service and quality of items and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend this store. Ask for Addy. He is the absolute best!
