I’m very disappointed with the lack of transparency around pricing during my appointment.I came in with a hot spot on my golden retriever. I was there for less than 20 minutes which included a 10 minute examination, a little shave over the spot and some ointment.The entire time I was being upsold on additional services and products, I had to ask each time what those would cost and I respectfully declined each time.Then I receive the bill at the end of the appointment for $320, which I feel is ridiculous for something they should have told me I could treat myself.Will not return.

Moved to Barrie two years ago and needed a new vet- this vet has been so accommodating! The staff work to get me in atound my busy day and it is some of the best care I've gotten. They don't try to upsell, buy are honest about what my pet might need and what I don't need to bother with. Alot of respect for this clinic!

Love the vet never had a problem taking my animals here but I did notice the last time I took my dog prices had gone up a lot and for that reason my partner and I will be seeking elsewhere. But if you have the money by all means bring your animal here they are a great vet they love the animals that come in but if you are on a very tight budget this is not a vet for you.

Dr. Dave is wonderful. He helped us get through the difficult illness and last days of our dog, Lizzie. And now he's helping us with our two dogs and new kitten, Archie. The staff are great too. Very patient.

My dog has been coming here since he was a puppy and they've always taken care and looked after him. They take the time to explain what things means and listen to your concerns as well. Rupert is very well taken care of here. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Very caring. Dr. McLean explained test results thoroughly so I could understand them. Hunter (my lab) had a good visit.

Because of the Vet and the staff who work there, Murdoch is not scared to go to the vet. He is treated like he is part of their family, and because of all the affection, he hardly notices when he gets a needle. And of course, He loves his treats!
