White Knight Motel

Me and my girlfriend, we rent the room there for 3 nights, we supposed to check in 2pm. When we got there was already 11pm, the receptionist whose name is Viren told us, the room is not ready. It looks like room has been rented to other. When I spoke to the Viren, he’s very rude and unprofessional. Even he is disrespectful to his own coworker. He said that the ladies working there Marilyn and Joane, cannot reserved room because they’re just a cleaners. In which they are professional, they clean the place well, the room is clean and very respectful people. In the morning, we tried to get refund for 2 nights because we don’t feel like staying there anymore. Because of what happened. The receptionist Sandip, he refused to give us back 1 night because we are there 11:30am.I WISH I COULD SPEAK TO THE OWNER OR I HOPE HE/SHE SEE THIS REVIEW, TO TELL HIM THE 2 RECEPTIONIST ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I advised him to put respectful and professional people. It will be good for the place . Otherwise, there’s no question about the place, it’s well clean and good location. It’s great place.

The Motel is newly renovated and is now bright and clean. The price of this place is a winner and great value - if you are on a budget you cannot go wrong here. Great motel, clean, spacious rooms and comfortable. A fantastic location as it’s very central and easy to get everywhere.Airport just 10 min away . If you wanna go 407 410 or 401 very close .

Customer service is awful!!! I literally spoke with the manager named Chris to book for 7 people and the first thing he said is no no we don’t book for 7 people without even giving me options of getting more than 2 bedrooms or solving the problem so basically they don’t care about their customers and give a very bad attitude! DO NO BOOK WITH THEM. He kept cutting me off and when I asked him if I can book for the night he said that everything is sold out and when I asked for the following week he said go check online and book there. Very bad customer service!

Rooms are all completely redone and nice. No smell of smoke. Only thing lacking is minimal channels from satellite and should clean up garbage @ property to attract more business

I went there yesterday to book a room for a few days but the old guy working there was so unbelievably rude to me. Approached him with a smile and hello but he wasn't having it. Terrible customer service. Needless to say I left and got another hotel

I have attended this place 3 times. All of the times it was under construction. 2/3 times I have been accused of smoking in the hotel room, I do not smoke. The room was checked immediately after I left, where the cleaning people even greeted me. My verbal interaction with the man at the counter on Tuesday, the 11th, 2023 at 9pm was extremely upsetting. The fact that I had lovely conversation with the staff the next day each time I stayed there and they are falsely accusing me instead of looking into other rooms is bizarre. When I requested just the name of a manager so I could call in the morning the man at the counter refused to give me a name and told me he would be calling the police. I’m sure if I was someone with power you would just give me the name and inact decent customer service. So I am not sure what business practices they have but be weary you may pay for the sins of others instead of the business try to get to the bottom of THEIR mistake.UPDATE. Thank you to Sam for the follow up conversation. Sam did attempt to resolve this issue and that was appreciated.

Stayed here years ago and I was pleasantly surprised at the new look. The room was very clean, no smell of smoke anywhere, very peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Great motel for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.The rooms are clean and spacious,and the staff is friendly and accommodating.The location is also convenient,with easy access to nearby highways.Overall,I would definitely recommend the White knight motel to anyone looking for a great motel experience.

My boyfriend and me often come here . We have a Great time Always. The front desk service is very nice . Rooms are beautiful and high -tech .

Terrible customer service. Arrived with 10 luggages and no trolley or cart to load luggage plus no helper to help to take luggages inside plus receptionist came out to argue abt it and he thought he did big favour to his visitor that atleast hold door for them.
