Frustrated with Kenroc. Sent bad batch of shingles, so my roofer couldn't finish my roof. It's been over a week now. They've promised my roofers that they will deliver but it's always tomorrow for them. What kind of service is this? Only because my roofers use them as their supplier I've been trying to be patient. But enough is enough. Now deliver my shingles. Don't want to hear your TOMORROW" anymore."

This is a good company. Super helpful staff. Plus they deliver right into the basement. No more lugging around drywall for this guy.

Unhelpful and extremely rude, was annoyed to have to put an order in and show color samples. Claimed had no product then miraculously had the product in stock. Called later to say the rest of our order was ready to pick up then when we went to pick it up said it wasn't ready (after they actually looked for it, it was done and ready to go). Will never go back especially after how they spoke to my wife.

Great products and great people. Everything you need with all help you can imagine.

Do not go here unless you know exactly what and how much material you need.As a homeowner it was very difficult to get help or advice. “Brett” was more than disturbed by my bothering with additional questions.He was actually yawning when I spoke with him. Plus he didn’t even look at me when he spoke. Saturday at 9:30 I would have thought staff would be awake?I was insulted and embarrassed to even ask for advice. When I questioned if there was anyone else who could help me he just sneered and said “NOPE” so rude!I’ve spent about $4000 at Kenrock in the past 12 months and just needed about $600-$800 of material to finish my projects.Ruined my Saturday morning.Thanks Kenrock.

I order shingle a week ago to I am supposed to install I called the store in the morning said they had one order before me they said 11 o’clock called them at 1230 pm dispatch said he is on route it is now 230 pm still no shingles this is horrible never again will I use kenroc for delivery

Have found them to be a great company to do business with. Great staff, service and product. Will continue to buy product here.

Kenroc always a good time, very pleasant times dealing with them time and time again, could very well be better situated in the yard a little more. overall good experience and great people on the inside!

Negative 5 star rating. Waited 2 months after payment for gyprock. Finally showed up and had a layout for the crew for the drywall, ended up having to move 60 sheets of drywall because they placed them exactly where I told them not to. Charged me $5 per sheet to be put in the wrong place. Terrible communication and even worse service.
