Peel Family Shelter

I would like to thank the peel family shelter if it was not for them me and family would have no we’re to go my apartment went up in smoke lot everything so I have been here for 14 months now and I really appreciate how the worker have help me all of the workers were very friendly and helpful my worker Covey she has went beyond her means to help me and Sara have been so kind I am very grateful for this shelter we have had no problems with anything here the food isn’t very good but it is free so u should be grateful for that so thank u so much peel family shelter for being there for my family I don’t no all worker by name everyone of the workers are amazing so thank u so much

I came here and everyone is friendly here and my worker Noshad was very friendly with me and my family. Thank you PFS for your support, I also appreciate SHIP and Sarah, Melinda and Madonna.

Peel Family was very good for my family’ we are new to Canada and my worker Noushad helped us to settle in Canada. He was very respectful and honest. Also Dorcus was good. Food was okay not good, we need to make it good. Thanks for everything.

I spent like 3 months with my family in this place, despite the limited resources staff are very helpful and kind. Noushad is very smart guy, he was trying to do everything to help me, cares a lots, and works hard with me till he secured a place for my family. Really me and my family appreciate that very much. Angila, Sara, Claudia, Latisha, Gibrael, Kuinton, and the Night Shift Supervisor at the weekend, I can’t forget them. Thanks you very much PFS family and all the best.Eltyeb

Hi,The location, Motel 6 Argentina Rd, Mississauga is very helpful. I like to say thanks to everyone but Specifically Ms. Melinda and Mr. Noshad who help me and my whole family from the 1st day.Ms. Melinda and Mr. Noshad, they are the best at this location because the way they handle my family at each and every steps till the last day to help us out to find the rental house to live.Specially Ms. Melinda, was very understanding and very helpful to us.She was listening all the time and try her very best to get the solutions. She has all the information of her professional job and all the links of government and others. She is very professional in her communication.Me and family can give her full 5 star ratings and very thankful.We always remember Ms. Melinda and Mr. Noshad in our Prayer.ThanksTanveer Usmani

The shelter is well maintained. Food isn't good, reception staff aren't friendly or helpful but the social/case workers upstairs are the best. They're nice, kind and will mentor and guide you till you find your own place and leave the shelter. The Chaplain and wife are very sweet and generous too.

The staff here is just awesome Noushad ,Tia, Amit are all fantastic. The level of professionalism is just so above five star. They remain calm and very humble especially in pressing situations.Definitely feel very comfortable expressing my thoughts to them.Also Nikki,Claudia,Jamie,Roxann and Ade just to name a few definitely a power team!!!! I also cannot forget Patricia ,Beverly ,Kenton ,waynecliff and Sean who always displayed exceptional leadership qualities.more staff needed like them I know there are a few more that stand out but these are the ones that definitely touched our lives in their own special way.
