Southarm RMT Massage Therapy

I've been here twice and both times have been good experiences. The RMTs ask the probing questions. They listen to your issues and address them accordingly. Don't be afraid to tell them if they aren't focusing on your problems. I will be back and have referred my wife to this place. Thank you Southarm RMT massage therapy.

The staff is ok, but the massages they provide was like very ordinary you wont feel any difference or relieve anything or give atleast a feeling fresh after or body relax.

Southarm Massage Therapy has been my go-to place for massages for a while now. I usually book my appointments with Sarah but have had nothing but positive experiences with Emily and Faaizah as well. The office is pretty new and very clean and quiet, and there's plenty of free underground parking if you can't find a parking spot right outside the office. If you're looking for a place for RMT in Richmond this is an easy recommendation to make.

It's okay... Tried two different rmts and they were meh.The walls are thin and I can literally hear this one guy that works there speak about his life to his patient. I heard everything, that really wasn't pleasant since I'm there trying to relax.It's clean and they warm their beds which I love. But I haven't found an rmt that I love yet.

I had my appointment with Celine and she’s really good with applying pressure and after-care instructions. Her treatment was through and detailed.

My wife went to this clinic and had Eric as her RMT. To say it was unprofessional and bad would be a good start to describe her experience. Throughout the session, Eric was sitting cross-legged next to her doing the massage with his elbows only. When she asked him to go deeper, he refused to and said it was for her safety. There were moments he was falling asleep or maybe dozing off. I've tried to contact the clinic manager but keep getting their voicemail. They took a photo of my Insurance information for their records which is against privacy policy. This is wrong on so many levels.

Excellent RMT clinic. Celine did an amazing job on me - perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. Office is clean and welcoming. I will be coming back for sure.

Celine, is my friend and my RMT. This relationship didn't affect her professionalism. She takes my concern seriously every beginning of the treatment. And helps me to address my muscles issue. As a health n wellness oriented person, I highly recommend her and parking is easy too. Clinic is clean.

This place is highly recommended. The manager/owner is friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had Anna Huang as our masseuse, and we felt relieved and satisfied after the session. It is so wonderful to found a proper, powerful Asian style massage. I came with a very tight body, neck muscle spasms, and shoulder issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. She found the pain points, and afterwards I felt so much relief. I would recommend anyone to give it a try. She is the best masseuse that I ever had. I had two sessions with her, and plan to continue going back. The Southarm massage is a very clean establishment with great services.
