Sunday morning. Nobody wants to go to work. But a simple good morning and or a thank you is not a lot to expect from someone who nearly throws your purchase into your car window. And Tims, why ask how much we spent? Should that matter to quality of service or product?

Another Tim’s better than most in area that I have been to as this location was fast and efficient so no complaints from me here however the lady who was ahead of me in line could not wait for 2 minutes while cashier made a couple of cold drinks for other customer

This Tim Horton's was petite and cozy. Not many tables but there was a fireplace and a couple comfy chairs beside the fireplace.

Worse cream cheese bagle ever! Burnt, dry probably due to the fact had maybe a teaspoon if that of cheese!!!

It's a Tims. It is right off the highway, attached to a gas station and right next to a series of hotels just outside the city centre.There isn't much else to say about it. Like most chain restaurants, if you've eaten at one, you've eaten at them all. The service here was friendly though which is always nice.

I visited the new Tim Hortons on Mapleton Road today for the first time and I have to say the service was excellent. When I placed my order the order was repeated clearly, there was 3-4 cars ahead of me. The line moved very quickly. The staff member at the window was efficient and polite. Congratulations on such a great job. Much appreciated and I will definitely be back!!!

Drive thru was full, therefore decided to go inside... not a good choice, line up was very long inside as well... I stayed for a few minutes before deciding to go elsewhere... it seemed like staff and clients were confused to what was happening... no clear lines for who was in line to order, then staff were not sure which clients had paid for what... gave up on hopes of getting breakfast here...

Been there twice, there will NOT BE A 3RD time. Very impolite workers on both occasions with miserable faces and attitude to match, not even a hello when you say it, or a thank you and they just throw your items to you. No sir I'll go to Elmwood road as they make you feel welcome

Whoever was working drive thru yesterday morning around 8:40 was doing a phenomenal job! They were very busy but when I got to the window she was about to hand me my ice capp but could see it wasn't made right so went and made me a fresh one without me saying anything and it was perfect!
