I have had excellent service, and this is one business who still believes in customer service! Quality work. And most important, they are honest and do not try to make you pay for something you do not need. They go the extra mile and do little extras and check stuff just because!I recommend taking your RV here for any service. I have such good things to say about them, that most of my family has started taking their units here as well.

We were having issues back in September 2021 with gray water backing up into our RV. We did as much troubleshooting and research as we could then we decided to contact this company to come and help.They sent Blaine and we ended up paying $120 for nothing as he didn't have the proper tools to get the clog out of our RV. Turns out all he needed was a proper snake. After handing over $120 for nothing we felt that we were taken advantage of by this guy. The right thing to do if you show up at a job and can't do it because you in your infinite wisdom don't have the tools to do the job is NOT charge someone $120. Would not recommend. Times are tough enough without companies like this failing to do the right thing for the customer. Then when my wife expressed concern over the charge Blaine disrespected my wife by making a snide comment, calling her 'classy'. If you need RV service done this summer, stay clear of Mike & Dave RV. Maybe if we had Mike or Dave on site things may have been more pleasant.

I had them put a window into a cargo trailer for me. Their work was perfect and they came in under budget. I would recommend Mike and Dave to anyone looking to get work done on an RV

The customer service at this place is non existence. I had made a purchase of a water pump and ensured with an employee I can return it if it's unused. After realizing it was the wrong one for my trailer, the extremely rude manager Candie informed me they won't be taking that back. Telling her I was told I can return if it's unused, her response was well these are all my employees so I don't know who would have told you that". She made me point out the employee that told me and she definitely remembered me. After the rude manager took her time inspecting the pump she was not satisfied that I was not trying to scam them

They don’t have everything but they have a lot. The staff are very helpful.

These guys are always so helpful and there pricing is fair. They don’t try telling something need to be fixed when it doesn’t need fixing. If you have an RV and need repairs then these are the goto guys.

The siding on our trailer had a crack above the door, which they repaired. The turn around time was quick, communication was great and it was a very reasonable price. They did an incredible job!

We've had to replace a few parts this summer and they have been our go to. Pricing is fair, parts are quick to arrive if not in store and I would highly recommend them.

Mike and Dave replaced the entire exterior of the rear wall on my travel trailer. The new wall looks fantastic and is much better than the original wall that the trailer came with from the factory. They kept my up to date with progress texts and photos. I am very pleased with the work and they were less expensive than my RV retailer. I couldn't be happier! Great job, guys. Thanks!
