I phoned to ask a question about my court case ( which is in two days) regarding someone who stole my dog. The officer operating the phone lines responded first of all

I needed a statement for a car accident so I popped in without an appointment. The officer who helped me was patient and understanding, which was appreciated when you're dealing with somebody else's mistake. He took the time to explain the process (new to me) and ensured I had the right information before sending me on my way. Thanks to this CPS location for making a stressful time a little more bearable.

I've been here twice and both experiences have been really good. First I requested for a Police Certificate last September '17 and recently was due to a collision. The officer who assisted me really tried to be as pleasant as he can be, seeing how stressful I am with the experience of facing a collision. He is very professional. I came in on a Saturday, around 2 pm and the atmosphere was quiet, but there were around 5 also reporting collisions. There were 4 police officers available to assist. It was a good day for them, I can see them all smiling and having a good time serving the public. Kudos to all you officers.

O stars would be more than suitable.Called non emergency line to talk to someone as my girlfriend's residence has been targeted multiple times from stolen vehicles to parts.....even gas siphoning. Now I have my truck window smashed out and they won't even send an officer. Got bounced around the phone line for a half hour just to be told to file an online report. The only reason I have filed a report because insurance requires them....How sad!Ps find someone with social skills to work the front desk. Have had better experiences at Walmart. I don't mean to insult but my experience with this location on multiple occasions has been insulting itself. I'm being honest here.Feel like the only option is to move elsewhere. I understand bigger problems exist but this is a consistent problem to not just myself but others in the area.Thank you.

I have gone to this station for a police report in the past, and they were very kind. Today i went in for an unusual situation regarding filing an accident report for something that happened almost two years ago. Instead of being rude to me, or lecturing me about why i hadn't come in sooner the officer patiently listened to my story. I know i made their lives a little more difficult today because of the situation. I was actually nervous about going in, and spoke to another officer and she had told me that they will probably give me a hard time. Nothing but good things to say from my experience. Thank you for your kindness and patience. Great officers.

I went into today to get a police check done to get my name/gender marker changed on my IDs. The officer I dealt with was professional, kind, respectful, and used gender affirming language with me. He created a very inclusive environment. I had problems with my credit card and he was very understanding and patient. I didn’t catch his name but if this can please be passed on to him I’d be very thankful.

Police arrived within 30 minutes for a non emergency call. They were also able to contact parking authority and have them come within the hour to mediate a ongoing dispute with a neighbor. Apparently Dave does not own the back alley and can't block my driveway just because he has parked there for 20 years. Would recommend the police to all my friends.

I was reading the reviews before visiting the location, and most of the reviews mentioned how great the young officer is. Well, they're right! I walked in and out come the young officer, who greeted me and got me what I need in less than 5 minutes. The officer was making jokes, smiling and professional. Like others, probably the only reason why I will come back to this location.

I don't know what's with all law enforcement agency people but they just seem to be from different planet. When they do press conferences they talk about how important it is for them to help the general public and what not but your experience is always opposite when you have to deal with them. Maybe they need training on how to learn to shut up and listen sometimes? Or have compassion? Or actually try to help people instead of seeing it as a job? But, maybe it's too much to ask but hey your pay is funded from the pockets of people like me so show some damn respect when we call you for help.I am pretty sure it's not in your oath to be an a-hole all the time so lighten up and if you don't like your job go find something else to do!
