Fredericton International Airport

Renovation was nicely done and the Chess Piece coffee and snacks are wonderful. For some reason short term parking was free today.

While you don’t need to come early, the airport has no services and the security staff are junior with a very strict understanding of catsa requirements (blaming other major Canadian airports for being too relaxed)

Great terminal with fast drop off and good parking options. Came for an early 8AM departure and services were fast. Had one of the best breakfast sandwiches ever at the small cafe past security. Bathrooms were clean and lots of space for seating. Would reuse this airport again.

Good airport, people are so friendly here and you don’t need to come very early. There’s no bus service to downtown or other area but there are many taxis. Car rental area is easy to find and staff were nice. It was a great start of our trip in New Brunswick in early May 2023

Big enough for flight options small enough that it's never crowded. Your baggage is safe here

Excellent service with a smile. No one really likes going to an airport, but this one was better than most. They walked you through what needed to be done and where you needed to go.It is definitely a small town airport, but since the renovations, it is looking more and more like a big airport.The best part is that you can check in even an hour before your flight and there will be no line. You weigh your bags upon check in and then you have to take your own bags to the bag drop zone. They make sure, with you, that all your bags are loaded.The security check in is great too, they take care of you and are also very helpful. I have rarely gone through such a friendly airport and security check.The only downside is that you have to actually go outside to get the plane. There is no tunnel to take you to it. So, in the winter, be prepared to get cold.

Recently renovated. It is much nicer. No more outdated airport. The temporary parking is still free. The security entrance is now next to the check-in counter with bigger entrance.The waiting area at the gates are also improved. It is now has another cafe inside.

Airport has been updated since my last visit. Small and easy to manage. Want to give a huge shout out to the Air Canada staff for helping with our damaged luggage, they replaced it on the spot. Had it happened at any other airport it probably wouldn’t have been, so thank you very much!! Love visiting here.

Very friendly staff, very clean, small international airport (3 airlines) with lots of bathrooms, car rental and 2 cafe's (1 past security and 1 before) that serves sandwiches, coffee, drinks, beer, etc. Always easy to get a cab upon arrival.

The staff at Porter Airlines went way over and above what was required. Because I'm in an electric wheelchair and carry crutches as well it's an issue to fly!The three women at the check-in counter at 7:00 a.m. on May 15th were amazing. They were so kind and so helpful! I arrived back in Fredericton this evening May 22nd. The woman who met me at the plane knew my name and wanted to know all about my week in Peterborough! Porter rocks!
