Went above and beyond very nice people and a very pleasant experience! I went in for an oil change and price was a lot more then the quote when I called they told me 109 then charged me 175 after everything (part was for an oil filter) however they asked if I wanted a news paper oiled my doors checked everything to make sure it worked cleaned my windshield and let me sit in the car with my baby I even paid from the car.

Cambridge Location. Went in at 9000km to get an oil change. I’m supposed to change it every 15,000 km so I thought I had plenty of time. Service attendant told me there was absolutely no oil in the car but could not determine any sort of leak and said the engine still looked great. Upon further conversations with my family, I realized this was a complete scam to get me to buy extra services (Engine Flush). My question is how can a car run for 9000km with no oil and still have a good engine? Don’t go here.

I would never go there. They installed directional winter tire in wrong direction.I gave feedback on their website. Their standards time to reply is 2 business days and it's been 4 days since they haven't replied. I've receipt number. Please reply to this comment. I can provide Hyundai's service report as well which mentions the issue. Thank you

Saturday morning at 830am, got a flat after a trip to the dump. Jimmy the supervisor came out and greeted me with a smile…great guy, all employees are super friendly and working efficiently. I need my truck for work all weekend, they saved my butt! Thanks guys! Highly recommended

Came in for an emergency tire repair on a Sunday, nowhere else was open. The techs, despite being quite busy, were able to fit me in. Tire was repaired, mounted and balanced and I was on my way. Bailey did a great job and the price was right too. If only he could do something about those high oil prices?

I just went there for oil change. Simran and Ethan was my mechanics. They did great job on my car and personally recommend what needs to be done on car and what’s not. I recommend all Punjabi friends to must visit this auto shop for their car service.

Two cars mean two visits in a week. Again, best service around. Matt with the help of Evan got the job done without any hassle. It's definitely the one stop location for your car needs. Best time to check and replace any lights you might not know are burnt out. Easy replace while your getting an oil change. Prices are very competitive. Friendly staff and a great Manager.

It was my first time at Mr. Lube (Cambridge) and I felt ripped off. Aside paying unreasonably high for an oil change, I got sold a regular cabin air filter (Cabin Air Filter CAF1765) for about $60 almost triple the regular price. Called and spoke with the store manager and all he say was I signed the bill which meant I was okay with it. Terrible experience overall, never returning. Not even deserving of the 1 star.

$79 for a tire swap!!!???on rims.When I asked why it's too exhorbitant I was told its not their specialty. What!!??$90.34 after tax WOW on a tire change, unreal.Prices should be clearly marked so customers can make informed decision.first and last for me and my family..
