Best in the business, attention to detail and service!! Main entrance door, garage door, patio door installed by M&M Windows, I have shopped around Home Depot, Lowes, and Rona and similar businesses around the Scarborough and Markham area for all the products. the larger companies had a confusing pay first then estimate and refund fee if i choose to get the products done by them. M&M Windows provided the quote and pricing up front, also what i really liked was the fact that they have been in business for over 20+ years.

My whole process was very simple and easy, I needed a new patio door, went into their showroom and the salesperson came over free of charge to measure and gave me a quote. He mentioned it is a family owned business and been running since 1983 and installers have been the same since the business opened. Their installation and clean up of the patio door was very nice/ clean. Very happy with their services.

I’ve had three properties done by M&M over the past 10 years and I cannot recommend them enough. As a family owned business, everything from the clear communication to the fair quotes to the friendliness of all the staff and installers were great to experience. Highly recommended!

Best window Company !! Super customer service and very helpful !! Owners are really nice ,super helpful and knowledgeable. Sale guy is really helpful and good! Definitely I recommend for your home renovation or small window change to big jobs like malls and plaza!!

Since its conception in the 1980s, M&M Window Company has been a vital contributor of doors and windows in the GTA communities. You may find some of their work on public buildings or even around your neighbourhoods. M&M offers a large in-house showroom with many samples from their wide catalogue. Many of the projects are completed on-site from their workshop out in the back. Having used M&M Window Company for my own home, I can assure you that they are passionate about their projects and the quality is exceptional. As an avid supporter of local quality businesses, I cannot recommend M&M enough for your door and window needs.

No respect to customers —— hand up the phone multiple times.No integrity —— verbally promised item will be ready in 4weeks. Written 4-6weeks to be available. Now they unilaterally changed it to 9weeks, without notice, without consent of customers, without any compensation!Our family CANNOT move in and I have a 2years old daughter and 4months baby, having no place to stay because this place has no respect and ethics of doing business. I will have my lawyer to contact this place, calculate every single penny of my loss because of their undeliverable fake promise.

The guys at M&M are absolutely amazing to work with. They are professional, detail-oriented and very fair with their prices. With price gouging going on everywhere these days, it's nice to actually see a family-owned business take care of their clients. Highly recommend!

I installed my door 5 years ago the door and lock are from them. I call them at 11;00 am. Send them the contract and photo. No one call back. I call back at 1;00 the reception said they need to get a technician will return my call at 3:00. No one call again. I call at 4:00 . They just told me nothing is warranty and the lock is not warranty. Why can't they just tell me in the first call ??
