Speranza Banquet Hall

The staff was nice and did their best to be helpful, but I was disappointed at the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The linens were poor quality and ragged, making the event feel cheap. Multiple glasses used in table settings weren't clean (I saw a lipstick stain on mine...before I had taken a sip). I even saw a dried noodle stuck to a chair bottom—I spent the rest of the day checking before I sat.We had a great time because we were with our family and friends, but the venue itself left a lot to be desired.

Nice banquet hall with some over sights. Not sufficient washroom facilities, there were 3 different functions and people had to wait to use the them. And state if these washroom were petty bad. Furthermore the handryer was was not working properly in mens.And as for the air conditioning was not very good it seemed like a sona with so many people.

I co-hosted my December 11th, 2022 Christmas Bash at the Speranza Banquet Hall with my brother. We had a fantastic and incredible experience.The quality of service was just impeccable and highly commendable.I received several feedback from our guests about the delicious food and the beautiful setting of the Hall. The Hall staff are extremely friendly and flexible to work with. Looking forward to hosting my next event at this Hall.Thank you Gurbir and Sunny. Happy Holidays.

Can't believe the completely nightmarish disaster that we were treated to by this venue today. We were celebrating my wife's baby shower and despite making our choices regarding the backdrop colours ahead of time, when we reached the venue on the day of the event, the stage was not set up at all. There was no backdrop and the base of the stage was not covered with any kind of cloth at all.And to make things worse, there was no one from management on site. The only ones present were the kitchen staff who understandably were not able to help much. They brought out a couple of options for the backdrop which were not even ironed. The guests were starting to arrive and we had a shabby looking stage with randomly thrown together backdrops and different coloured cloths to cover the stage.Thanks for making my wife cry on her own big day. Absolutely not forgivable.The sound guy they force you to go with is good but costs you $350 for being able to use two mics and an Aux cable.They also don't provide any food tastings. Although the food was good.

We attended a wedding reception this evening. The place was very beautiful, clean and bright. The lobby and the hall were gorgeous. Even the washroom for crying out loud was nice and spacious, and had lots of stalls. However, the washroom did not have handicap access. They had a handicap stall, dah!!!Cocktails (small samosas & spring rolls) were served first, along with small glasses of mango milk shake. Nice, fresh, and hot.Then, they served appetizers. Aloo tikki with chole, paneer, and onion pakodas. There was non-veg food, but i didn't eat, so I won't comment. Other than the paneer, everything was great.Dinner was very average. It could have been better. I was vegetarian for the day, so that's what I will comment on. Dal makhni was very bland and creamy, and so was the Shahi paneer. Too much cream. The only yummy thing was the veg tawa with bittergord (karela), bhindi, and phool gobi.Dessert was yum too, very well made. Gajar halwa and ras malai. And of course, the nice ginger Punjabi tea. Overall, the entire food was average, hence the 3 stars. You can do better, guys.

Had a great time doing our reception event here. The Banquet Hall is Beautiful with big Halls. The water fountain looks so beautiful and the lightings and decorations looks great. Thank You Gaurav Behl for all your help. Speranza Banquet Hall is the Best.

Beautiful banquet hall, excellent customer service and very delicious food. I did two events all the guests appreciated their services and food. If you are planning for event you must visit this place.

The banquet hall is really nice,beautiful and clean.The dishes were so delicious.The staffs were really friendly.especially the manager Chandra,she was so cooperative and helpful.She did her best to help us through our whole program.I recommend this hall to everyone who want to organize their event and make it memorable.

The venue is decent but the food quality is very bad. The appetizers were average but the dinner was not good. The Tava saabji was all air fried vegetables put together on a tawa. The goat meat was very watery it looked like it was frozen and reheated. I would not recommend this venue for your special occasion.

We had the most memorable and delightful experience at Speranza. Management is kind and accommodating. The food was 10 out of 10. The facility is clean and kept. My mother’s birthday was a blast thanks to the people at Speranza.
