The guys from Whyte Ridge Heating and Air Conditioning were on time, professional and very pleasant. Had them out to clean the ducts, furnace/AC and dryer vent. They explained the entire process prior to starting. They cleaned and sanitized every single vent and made sure they left everything exactly how it was, but now clean. Worth every penny, I highly recommend this company. Amazing service. I will be using this company for all of my future HVAC needs.

Great customer service and very responsive to my inquiries. They had the best proposal at the best price and we had them install a multi-split cold climate heat pump system with 4 heads in our office and shop. It was a challenging installation as most retrofits into existing & occupied spaces are. The work was done well, promptly, and the guys working on site were efficient and friendly.Great company with great service, which really stands out.

For anyone looking for a competent heating dealer look no further. Whyte Ridge has been our heating contractor for years, starting at our old home with our gas furnace, continuing by doing the full installation of the ductwork and Furnace/AC combo at our custom-built home, to now swapping our equipment over to a Cold Climate Air Source Heat pump system fitted with an Air handler. They really can do it all!We started reading about CCASHP systems back when we were building our house, but due to covid getting one that would fit our immediate needs was proving to be an impossible task with our given timeline. Knowing this, Ryan took it into his hands to size our ductwork & copper & electrical accordingly knowing that in the future we would be swapping to a CCASHP.To our luck, two years later NRCAN & Efficiency Manitoba have come out with grants for Manitoba residents, this allowed us to move forward with the CCASHP. These grants are no joke, and they require an absurd amount of commitment from the contractor given they have to do heat & loss calculations, adequately size your equipment/ductwork for optimal performance based on the general envelop of our house.We are so thankful we have had Taylor & Ryan to help us through-out the process. Called Whyte Ridge to have my ducts cleaned. Evan and Kevin were excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and were kind enough to explain the process and how it all works. Evan also took photos of the ducts before and after which was nice. They did an excellent job and cleaned up any debris that came out of the vents. Top notch service!

We have had Whyte Ridge Furnace and Air Ducting take care all of our heating and cooling needs. They are knowledgeable and can very quickly diagnose the problem when either the furnace or air conditioner stop working when we need them most, and then fix them(if possible) very quickly or replace what needs replacing. We recently had a new Napoleon Air Conditioner installed at one of our properties and Whyte Ridge Furnace and Air Ducting was excellent and put in the size needed for our house.And the...the furnace went. So Whyte Ridge Heating and Cooling was back to install our new furnace. The duct cleaning has always been done very quickly and I wasn't left with any mess or furniture to move. Taylor and his guys are all very pleasant, punctual, thorough, and are quick to put your mind at ease as they go about their business. For the quality of both the labor and equipment installed, the pricing is excellent. Our furnace had stopped working and was in need of replacement. They installed, next day a Napoleon 9600 series ultra high efficiency furnace. They cleaned up the pipes and did a great job of explaining how it works. They were awesome and had it all done at the estimated price! Highly recommend them!!

I had Robbie and Eli out to my house to replace my hot water tank for me as even though it's not a primary thing for them they still do them. The guys were great, they are super friendly and my wife felt comfortable with them in our house. They are very professional, they do the job right and make sure everything is to the customers standards before the are done. I have also seen their furnace and Ac installs and they do amazing work.
