All the staff at Rugged Edge are very friendly and helpful. The rental I had was in excellent shape. Despite some (unrelated to Rugged Edge) issues that ended our day on the trails early, they were very accommodating and made the whole situation much more pleasant. Can't say enough good things. I'll be back next year for sure.

Very disappointed in the salesman that sold me my machine. Over the phone he told me machine was in mint condition with no cracks in plastic and that machine has been fully serviced for start of season. So I bought it. When I went to pick up machine it had 3 different cracks in plastics and a few rust spots that couldn't be seen in pics that he sent. I took machine anyway even though I was disappointed. Then when I get it home I check oil and discover that the oil wasn't changed still had old oil filter and dirty oil nothing had been greased. It will be last machine I buy from such a dishonest bunch.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!I actually typed this up and wouldn't post it immediately. I thought I would give them a chance to contact me and discuss the miss communication. Unfortunately the only response I got was they refunded my deposit. Worst experience ever. Drove across the island. Had a machine reserved for 9 am drop off in Deerlake. Called at 830 to make sure of drop off. They don't open till 9. So I figure all is good. Wait outside until after 9 no machine. Call at 920 can't get hold of reservations and leave my contact info. They call back at 930 and say they won't deliver because of wind in corner brook. Said they will try and check weather by 11. I Asked for a reduced rate. NO. if it goes past a half day they would look at half day rate! Checked the forecast for Corner brook No wind warning . Wind is forecast to gust 50 to 70... not ideal but not too bad. Called a few people I know in Cornerbrook they said it didn't seem to bad. If you cant do business in 50 to to 70 winds in NL your not doing much business. I realize there is a bit of distance and terrain between here and Cornerbrook but there is very little wind here.NO Call to inform me. I had to contact them. If they called and let me know early enough I would have picked up the machine myself. I booked a drop off partly out of convenience partly to throw out a bit more business during the covid crisis. I call BS. Totally irate.... Never will use this service again. Spread the word I will....

Awesome store with great staff and a huge inventory. The tours they offer are second to none. Craig and his team love what they're doing and it shows in their exemplary service! I've been a long-ime customer and am constantly recommending them to others who always end up happy they chose to go to Rugged Edge.

They really helped me out in a bind when I needed a fuel filter replaced on our recent trip across Newfoundland. They got me in and out before we finished our lunch with very friendly service. The dealership looked awesome with a great selection. Thanks for saving my trip! :)
