Canadian Tire
Went at 6pm today but their garden center was closed off to being viewed. Why can't customers buy plants from you guys when the store is open? Makes no sense. We went else where to buy plants where the stores hours coincided with the garden center being open.

Very disappointed in a couple of staff members today, they were very rude and put you off/ignored. The 2 people that made it great was Conner in outdoor furniture did his very best to help & did accomodate my needs he was awesome the other person was the new cashier @ till 1, very friendly & outgoing. This store is going downhill. Also, your Canadian Tire bucks suck, made a large purchase today over $200 & only received 86 cents, pathetic.

I was really happy that they got me in the day I called. I needed an out of province inspection done to get BC plates. They didn’t mention the window tint being illegal in BC beforehand. So after waiting over an hour, my vehicle failed the inspection. I was told it would take over an hour to remove the tint. I said I could easily do it myself in order to pass the inspection that day. (I have to drive 2.5hrs to get there from a remote village) They took it off for me in about 15 minutes without telling me and then charged me $140, almost the same price as the inspection. That definitely made getting groceries hard, couldn’t get everything we needed, it was get gas to get home or get less food. I would have been spending a lot of money there, I normally love Canadian Tire, but this one definitely did not impress me with this.

I went to pay at the self check out and realized I forgot to Scan my rewards card so I canceled the order and the machine says to call the Attendant so I turned around and went tell her when she snuggly said to me I already got it. I was like o k thank you she's then asked me why did you flag me down if I already have it. I told her that the machine instructed me to. It then told me to take my receipt and item and before I could begin again she said you didn't pay for that. I told her yes I know I still have my canadian tire Mastercard in my hand to pay for it. Then she proceeded to literally stay one foot behind me watching over my shoulder as I went to before being like ugh your not doing it right. I put the items down and told her I nonger wished to purchase these items from canadian tire and left. Not a good experience.

I recently needed a key cut and my first thought was to go to Canadian Tire. I'm so glad I did! The staff at the store were super friendly and helpful, and the process of getting my key cut was quick and easy. The key was cut to perfection and worked perfectly in my lock. I was really impressed with the quality of service I received and would definitely recommend Canadian Tire for any key cutting needs.

This place is irresponsible and makes customers waste their time.They don't check where to fix it, they don't explain to customers I've had it repaired three times, but they always repeat that there was no part .They always return the car to the customer without repairing it.When I return the car, it always pretends it's been repaired, but when I get the car and check it, it's always broken.Young managers are always irresponsible when it comes to having their cars repaired, even though they can't explain the problems with their cars.They seem to be waiting for the time to get off work rather than thinking about repairing the car.It's a stupid waste of time to repair them here.

Worst customer service ever, as usual at this location. The staff doesn't even care you're there...if it wasn't for customers they wouldn't have a job in the first place. How come in a store full of mostly employees they can't focus their attention to the customer? They just stand around talking, turning their back on you to talk to other employees, don't greet you, they walk in pairs and gossip loudly, yell at eachother from across the tills. It feels like a major inconvenience you're even there. Absolute $#!+ show.
