We had a flat tire on holidays coming into chetwynd. It was 15 min to close and Amanda was able to get our holiday trailer in and tire changed so we could enjoy our long weekend!! Great job by the crew and didn’t cost an arm and a leg, thanks

Wicked customer service!I was running a few minutes behind schedule and called ahead to let them know I was on my way, but might be a few minutes late. My appointment was for 4:30 and closing time was 5pm. The man I spoke with assured me I would be fine to come anyway as they were running behind and that if I didn’t mind waiting a bit, they would definitely get my tires switched for me. I questioned this due to the time frame and closing time, he explained that no matter the time, the jobs booked get done before they shut down for the night - wow! I am impressed! That dedication is not that common anymore.Thank you Kal Tire for taking care of me!:)

Best prices for the snow tires for my car, they had them in stock and they could install them the next day. Plus I didn't have to drive to Dawson Creek. I guess it really does pay to shop local!

Had my tires put on in the Dawson Creek store and they didn't balance them. I took the car back to Dawson Creek store and they didn't/wouldn't balance them. My car was shuddering quite bad, and I called Chetwynd Kal Tire to fix Dawson's mistake. They fit me in, stayed late to balance them properly and now my car is driving the way it should. The young lady working there deserves a raise for her exceptional customer service and work ethic. I will only use Chetwynd Kal Tire from now on. Thank you guys for getting this right!

Amazing and professional service. I had a slow puncture on my way north to Yukon... and they fixed it all within an hour for $50 .... torqued all the wheels for me too... couldn't have asked for a better service...Thank you very much ..... highly recommended, and you guys deserve a 5 star review...
