Torrid

Torrid is honestly one of my favorites for my size. And the staff are always awesome.

I recently found myself in need of purchasing a suit for several upcoming formal events. Armed with a list of potential stores to visit, I couldn't help but feel apprehensive, knowing how often shopping for plus-size clothing has left me disheartened and dissatisfied with my options. However, fate led us to Torrid as our first stop, a store I had never heard of before. To my pleasant surprise, I discovered a truly remarkable and down-to-earth selection of clothing, perfectly catered to my needs. The staff, who were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also relatable, further enhanced my shopping experience. With this delightful encounter in mind, I can confidently say that Torrid has earned my loyalty, and I eagerly anticipate future visits to their store.

I got there just after they opened on a Sunday. The staff was super helpful with suggestion, getting sizes and cashing me out. They made sure I received any and all discounts I was entitled to and gave me any coupons that were available. The store was clean and organized. I will be back.

I absolutely love this place I would give 100 stars if possible. I was helped my Sarah (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) and another amazing last that I sadly didn’t get the name of. These woman that work here are the nicest most amazing people ever. They make you feel so comfortable and safe! I was bra shopping today and I was kind of dreading it and not wanting to but once I talked to them and explained the problems I was having with the Bras they would both talk it over and eventually we found the perfect bras for me. Unrelated with torrid but I was also shopping for prom dresses and having trouble finding one that fit and I liked they recommended a dress place in the mall so went and found the perfect dress and brought it back to them and they were so happy I was able for find one and how pretty it was. All around amazing staff and store, entirely inclusive for all sizes and shapes.

First time ever buying clothing here and I definitely will be back. Barbra made my fitting experience comfortable and welcoming compared to so many other places

All I can say is Wow! What a great experience. I only shop there are Christmas time. It's my daughter's favourite clothing store. I went in for the Black from day sale. The sale was great for the quality of the clothing. It's hard to find such great fashionable clothing for plus size gals. Got almost $400 worth of stuff for $169 bucks. So happy with my purchase. Can exchange or refund everything til January 31st.The staff was tremendously helpful, beautiful and friendly. I don't like high pressure sales but the staff was very much there when I needed them.It was a very busy day and they were all very calm and relaxed. Made for a great shopping experience. I was greeted with Hello Beautiful" . It just made my day! Great positive environment. I would definitely recommend this store and location to my friends and family ."

Nice stuff but VERY EXPENSIVE! You can get the same styles at giant Tiger for 1/8 of the price.

I love this store. It's gotten a bad reputation lately but it really is one of the last good options for plus sized women in the area. I enjoyed the Black Friday discount today. But they do often have sales throughout the month. Otherwise the clothing can be a little bit unaffordable.

OMG, the ladies here are freaking AMAZING! We were looked after by Crystal (sorry if i spelled your name wrong), and OMG they were soo nice, amazing and kind.They are also super trans friendly and supportive!!!Will definitely go back!
